Comfortable stay, when you can handle some noisiness.
Pros:

We booked the suite, which was quite comfortable.
The bathroom and shower had a comfortable size. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Noise isolation is the weak point of this hotel.
The entrance doors of the rooms don't really isolate that well, so when someone walks by and opens a door, or is checking out, you can hear it all.
As for the windows - no matter if you book the park side (loud clubs / music until late at night ) or the City side ( loud motorbike noises until late at night - which is probably a bit better, as the level.is not constantly high ), if you are a bit sensitive, it will keep you from falling asleep fast, if you are not tired enough.
Also noises in the bathroom travel easily to the rest of the room 😅

Alloggio curato e pulito. Colazione e cena a buffet da migliorare, meglio mangiare fuori per i miei gusti.
Pros:

Struttura pulita e accogliente. Camera spaziosa, letto molto comodo.

Cons:

È strato impossibile dormire fino alle 3 di notte. Il bar sotto all’hotel ha messo musica ad altissimo volume fino a tarda notte, per fortuna il giorno dopo non avevamo nulla in programma e abbiamo potuto recuperare il sonno in un diverso alloggio.
La colazione e la cena a buffet purtroppo non sono state di nostro gradimento. Nel bagno mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare del sapone per le mani.

Pros:

Breakfast is delicious. Staff Rince & Yosua are so niceeeeee 🥰🥰🥰. They will try their best to solve our questions. I love this hotel!

Pros:

シャワーの水圧が強くてよかった。
ジムはランニングマシーンちゃんとしてるから走るのには快適。他はダンベルしかないのが残念。

Cons:

洗面台にハンドソープはなかったな。
シャワーのボディソープ使えば代用できることだけど。
あと冷蔵庫は部屋にはなかった気がする。

之後去泗水會再考慮入住
Pros:

酒店乾淨，也提倡環保。人員親切也即時提供叫車服務到機場+送吹風機到房間。早餐豐富選擇多樣。備有小小健身房還有飲水機，設備不錯。

半夜三點被按了兩次門鈴還跳電⋯⋯

Although the room is small and dark, the good outweighs the bad, and we will return to the Kampi!
Pros:

The location of this hotel is superb, quiet, but close to all cenral Surabaya.
The area around the hotel is green, and there are several good, cheap eating places within 50 metres.
Tunjungan Plaza is only a 5 minute walk away, on a quiet road.
Access and parking at the Kampi are good. There is a lovely, shaded, green area at the front of this hotel, which is an OASIS in the middle of Surabaya.
Breakfast is very good, with a large choice of good quality food. The breakfast area is large, and the food layout superb.
The bed is a good size, and the room is clean, with a good sized, functional bathroom.
There is a small gym, which has a few exercise facilities.

Cons:

Check in and reception is not the best, and the reception area is bereft of comfortable seating. There is no seating lounge, and the room sizes are quite small.
The window is VERY shaded, and despite the good location the view out of the window is impeded by CHEAP plastic, fake shutters. The window size is small, and does not provide light to the room.

Room was good. I did not have time for breakfast at the normal hours so they arranged for me a take away option which I loved :)

Nice room with some manageable issues
Pros:

The room was really nice, but had some issues. On arrival the AC unit wouldn't cool the room at all - the hotel staff did send someone to maintenance it right away the next morning but we felt like it never got as cold as other hotels we've stayed. The bathroom occasionally had a smell of cigarettes and we found a few mosquitos and bugs the first two days we stayed. However, the bed was comfortable and the staff was always really kind.

Cons:

Very limited vegan options at breakfast with no allergens labeled (staff often weren't sure what is in the food).
You have to ask for toilet paper and water replenishment every day.
AC not very as strong as we would have liked.
Faint smell of cigarettes in the bathroom at times.

Prima hotel
Pros:

Keurig hotel!

Cons:

Uitzicht was er totaal niet. Vreemde schuine schotten voor alle ramen.
De airco in het restaurant stond voortdurend zo belachelijk koud.
Zonder jas daar zitten was onmogelijk.
