Staff helpful and accomodates our needs when we asked.
Pros:

Very central and funky.

Cons:

The water did not run ourt of the tap for a bath so well. My 80 year old mother had and aching back . We filled the bath up from the shower but could not get it warm enough. Was not aware of the shutter for window being able to open

Pros:

Отель понравился. Номер комфортный, чистый, отличный wifi, тихо, можно оставить багаж на хранение; расположен в 10 минутах пешком от Центрального вокзала, станция метро там же. Завтрак не брала, оценить не могу; поблизости есть траттории и рестораны. Очень доброжелательный сотрудник ресепшена Бруно, отлично говорящий по-русски - было приятно пообщаться.

Pros:

The beds were clean and comfortable, and the room was spotless throughout our stay. The staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always very helpful. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. The location was also very convenient, with the central station just a short walk away and easy access to the city centre, making it a great base for exploring the area.

Cons:

The bathroom looked quite tired and could definitely use some updating. It wasn't possible to take a proper shower because the shower head wouldn't stay in place. The bathtub was very narrow, and the water didn't drain properly, leaving it to pool while showering. The sink taps were also rusted, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained.
