Fantastic location close to railway station. Really nice interior, very comfortable, with well appointed rooms.
Complimentary coffee in foyer between 6 and 9 pm is a lovely addition.

Pros:

L'hotel é molto colorato e curato nelle partu comuni. Gentilissimi a farci trovare la culla per il nostro bimbo, montata e allestita per la notte.
Colazione abbondante, variegata e attenta al gluten free.

Cons:

Le camere sono parzialmente da rimodernare, i bagni in particolare.
Dal controsoffitto traforato a volte cadeva qualche goccia d'acqua, la vasca da cambiare o quanto meno rismaltare.
Lo scarico molto molto lento e poco gradevole.
Si consiglia al personale dedicato al rifacimento delle stanza di abbassare il volume delle ricetrasmittenti, pensavamo di essere in una pista di decollo, con codici e via alla partenza.

Viaje a Milán en familia
Pros:

Buena ubicación a 10 minutos a pie de la estación central de trenes y a 30 minutos de la Plaza del Duomo. Zona con muchos restaurantes, osterias y tratorias. Personal muy agradable y atentos. El hotel tiene muchos detalles como el corner de café con dulce situado en la recepción, agua siempre en la habitación, zapatillas...
Volvería a repetir sin duda.

Cons:

Por poner un pero al hotel tendrían que cambiar los sanitarios del baño porque estan un tanto anticuados y colocar perchas para colgar las toallas.

Pros:

Ubicacion muy buena,cercano a la estacion central
Desayuno variado y rico
Personal muy amable.

Cons:

La zona de noche no se ve muy segura.
Nos dejamos un anillo en la habitacion al hacer el chekout y a la tarde fuimos a preguntar y no estaba.
No da sensacion de 4 estrellas

Soggiorno davvero piacevole, ci è piaciuto tutto! 😊

La posizione è molto comoda, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale di Milano.

Un punto di forza è sicuramente la colazione: abbondante, varia e davvero fantastica, con tantissima scelta sia dolce che salata. C’è davvero qualcosa per tutti i gusti: frutta fresca, diverse torte, cappuccino anche con latte Zymil e tante altre proposte.

I letti sono molto comodi, abbiamo apprezzato anche la presenza della vasca in bagno. Tutto perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro per Milano.

Un ringraziamento particolare al personale, sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e pronto ad aiutarci.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva, ci tornerei molto volentieri e lo consiglio! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Buena ubicación en mala ciudad
Pros:

El personal sin duda, muy atento y agradable. La limpieza y orden de la habitación. La ubicación cercana a las estación central.

Cons:

El baño realmente incómodo y las toallas pequeñas no lo eran, eran servilletas de hostelería. Y, aunque no sea por parte del hotel, los 10 € por persona y noche de impuesto municipal me parecen un atropello.
