My wife and I took a quick trip to Atlanta for a family function, and the hotel and location were perfect for our stay. Matt and Tracy were extremely helpful with the check-in process and provided great insight and recommendations for the areas we planned to visit. We had a great experience at the Atlanta Marriott Northeast thanks to Matt at the front desk. We arrived around 9:00 p.m. after a long and exhausting day of travel, only to run into a complicated reservation issue at check-in. Matt immediately took ownership of the situation and handled everything with patience, professionalism, and an impressive knowledge of the reservation system.

His positive attitude and genuine desire to help turned what could have been a stressful experience into a great ending to a very long day. Thank you, Matt!

Nothing absolutely ridiculous, you have to pay for everything. WIFI! PARKING! BREAKFAST!

We spent one night here. The room was nice and comfortable, although hubby said he wished the bed were a little taller to accommodate his bad knees so that getting in and out were easier. We had dinner in their restaurant. Hubby’s meal was good, but my shrimp and grits were too spicy for me. The menu did not indicate that it was a spicy meal. Eating should not hurt. Good taste but too spicy. We had breakfast in The M Lounge and the eggs, potatoes, and bacon had a good taste but were not hot but more like room temperature. All in all it was a good experience, though.

I throughly enjoyed my three night stay. My room was always immaculately cleaned, the room was quiet - even with a bustling lobby downstairs, and still close to the downtown area without downtown prices. Matt was very helpful in extending my checkout so I could freshen up before my flight home. I would definitely come back for another stay.

I toured this fabulous location for an event I hope to host later this year. The DOS, Nicholl, Sales Manager, HR Manager, and Restaurant Chef are OUTSTANDING! More to come...as soon as I confirm the event. Just know my short-time with them has already been memorable! But let me share how impressed I was within the first 10 seconds with Connor at the Front Desk. His personable professionalism was mindblowing. He went above and beyond to give me suggestions for restaurants in the area and even provided his personal favorites to cater my experience for what I was searching for. Because of his suggestions I'll be hosting a Team-Building event AND a birthday party at one location!! Thanks Connor!!!! I can't wait until my entire group of 400 experiences you service!!!
