Pros:

Helen is the most amazing server I have ever experienced! You guys need to give her a raise! She was so sweet and informative about the menu! Absolutely made my dining experience 5 stars! Thank you Miss Helen! Yason made the best old fashion for me at the bar! He sure knows his craft! We always watch the basketball games together on the TV! Always my favorite place to come too when im in Atlanta!

Pros:

Top tier Marriott for vibe and people that brighten up the space.
Matt and Connor at the front desk on 6 June are a pair who have a lot of fun to give. Want to acknowledge their exceptional service to ask my room preference and be enthusiastic to welcome me there.
Rooms are bright and bed super comfy, internet fast. Appreciate the Cubie charging station . And thanks for having a Gideon Bible. M Club open on weekend was a special bonus . Fitness center hospitable and cool

Superior Service That Sets the Standard
Pros:

I had an excellent experience during my recent stay. I travel frequently, and I can confidently say this was one of the top stays I’ve had, especially in terms of service.
Helen was truly outstanding. I dined at the restaurant, where she served me, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of throughout the entire experience. Her attention to detail and professionalism did not go unnoticed.
The entire staff was respectful, welcoming, and consistently helpful. I would also like to recognize the shuttle drivers, who were courteous and contributed to the overall positive experience.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning.

Super friendly staff.
Pros:

My company uses this hotel and I’ve stayed here a few times over the last year. The food is really good, the rooms and amenities are great, but the staff are the reason I’m writing this. Matt at the front desk is just outstanding. Great memory for names and he’s not just doing his job. He’s actually just a very friendly and outgoing person. Hiline in the onsite Starbucks is just a sweetheart. Her smile and personality will start your day off just right. In the restaurant you will most likely be helped by either Hamedu (Mr Bah), or Hasan. Both of these gentleman are extremely good at what they do and very kind. Be sure to get the scrambled eggs.

Motel 6, Super 8, etc. offer a lot more for half the price!
Pros:

The building and landscaping are pretty ... BUT the room amenities are sparse at best. 1) no little table and chairs to eat or work at, 2) ten inches (yes, 10") of clothes rod, no real closet, and 3) no microwave. AND ... the "safe" stopped functioning after 2 days and needed a battery and I asked two days in a row for it to be serviced. ZERO, zilch, nothing?!? And I had to re-assemble the tub drain daily as it fell apart daily. This crappy place is grossly overpriced and should lose the franchise.

The stay was undesirable and the worst hotel experience while visiting Atlanta.
Pros:

The cleaning and cafeteria staff were great.

Cons:

Had to change rooms twice. 1st room was small and next to a staircase. Every time someone slammed the door, the room shakes. The 2nd room, the bathroom door wouldn't move and the shower drain didn't work. The 3rd room, there wasn't a freezer door in the mini fridge so everything froze. There wasn't a microwave in any of the rooms. This is 1st hotel I've ever stayed at without microwaves. Last but not least, the hotel charged for everything. Only free items were 2 mini bottles of water and tea bags.

Consider exploring other alternatives if you are looking for a more elevated stay.
Pros:

While breakfast options in both M Lounge and the regular breakfast area are somewhat limited, they do fulfill basic needs. It would be great to see some more variety in the future to enhance the overall experience.

Cons:

To begin with, the elevator carpets exhibited visible dirt and stains, and the exterior glass of the elevator was also unclean, suggesting a lack of attention to detail. Furthermore, I observed a lack of uniformity in the attire of the hotel staff. While I could elaborate on additional concerns, I prefer to refrain from further criticism at this time.

If you are in search of a standard hotel experience, this option might suit your needs well. However, consider exploring other alternatives if you are looking for a more elevated stay.

Convenient location very noisy.
Pros:

The location for travel was great, the facility is beautiful

Cons:

This place was very expensive, and the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in as far as traffic noise goes. It’s right on I 85, I mean, like 30 feet from my 85 and it was extremely noisy. I’m sure they could do something about soundproofing.
