This was the ideal location for quick visit.
Pros:

My wife and I took a quick trip to Atlanta for a family function, and the hotel and location were perfect for our stay. Matt and Tracy were extremely helpful with the check-in process and provided great insight and recommendations for the areas we planned to visit. Their hospitality made our short stay easy and enjoyable. Thanks again, Matt and Tracy! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Front Desk Customer Service!
Pros:

We had a great experience at the Atlanta Marriott Northeast thanks to Matt at the front desk. We arrived around 9:00 p.m. after a long and exhausting day of travel, only to run into a complicated reservation issue at check-in. Matt immediately took ownership of the situation and handled everything with patience, professionalism, and an impressive knowledge of the reservation system.

His positive attitude and genuine desire to help turned what could have been a stressful experience into a great ending to a very long day. Thank you, Matt!

I arrived at the hotel and was treated with 5* service upon arrival the concierge at the Desk MATT was amazing and very knowledgeable of the city and attractions! Definitely staying here again because of how Professional MATT was! Ty so much ! I will be back!!

Nothing absolutely ridiculous, you have to pay for everything. WIFI! PARKING! BREAKFAST!

Great Hotel! What I Expect from Marriott!
Pros:

We spent one night here. The room was nice and comfortable, although hubby said he wished the bed were a little taller to accommodate his bad knees so that getting in and out were easier. We had dinner in their restaurant. Hubby’s meal was good, but my shrimp and grits were too spicy for me. The menu did not indicate that it was a spicy meal. Eating should not hurt. Good taste but too spicy. We had breakfast in The M Lounge and the eggs, potatoes, and bacon had a good taste but were not hot but more like room temperature. All in all it was a good experience, though.
