I accidentally left an expensive item in the room (yes my fault) & when I rang after noticing they said they would check & I received an email to say it wasn’t there which is hard to believe. I emailed them again but have had no reply. Disappointed.
I liked the spacious rooms. The extra complimentary snacks as well.
Upon check in, the staff weren’t clear in giving instructions on where our room floor was so we had to go circling around a bit. Also the room was beautiful however the bathroom curtain reminded me of the hospital bathrooms.

The service was exceptional by staff, especially at 8 restaurant. The catering for gluten free as a coeliac person was amazing, the food was delicious and I felt very safe eating there. The rooftop pool was lovely. The room was very spacious, clean and luxurious.
The spa pool on the rooftop wasn't very hot for a spa pool, it would have been nicer if it was a little hotter. The room we stayed in didn't have an extra pillow or blanket which made the first night a little bit uncomfortable as I was too cold but then when we turned off the air conditioning I was too hot.
