Love the staff, level 2 facilities are amazing - clean, reviving & lots to choose from. Had a wonderful massage. I have 65th birthday
cake to welcome me was a delight and also scrumptious.

Cons:

Parking, with only a valet option, may use public transport or Uber next time

Pros:

The pinnacle side is great. Modern amenities and really kind and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and location is central to a number of eateries and within walking distance to the recently opened train station on Karanga-a-hape Road.

Cons:

Issues with the chrome cast in the evening was a bit unreliable.

Nice hotel, would stay again
Pros:

Nice touches as we were there for anniversary and they left balloons and a dessert.

Cons:

Room was a little dated, and was listed as sound proof which is wasn't as it had a connecting door to another room and we could hear the guests in that room
