The staff were great to deal with but we wouldn’t be returning anytime soon or recommending.
Pros:

All the staff were really helpful.

Cons:

There were a few things that were quite disappointing about our stay.

1. Having to use 1 towel for the duration of our stay as the room wasn’t refreshed.
2. No windows to open for fresh air
3. The spa was communal and the saunas were in the male and female changing rooms which meant we couldn’t spend time together.

Great for couples , friends and families.

Cleanliness , heated pool and spa

Cons:

That the spa wasn’t hot enough. It was just hotter than the pool. Several guests that were in the spa mentioned it to one another and also to staff.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful. Beautiful rooms and environment. Comfy beds. Helpful having charger pods etc.

Cons:

The bath shower tap was a bit faulty. When filling the bath even when pushing the tab in the shower ran. Hard to adjust the water temperature. Rust in bottom of bath
