We loved the decor, the bed and the linen and towels were luxurious. The staff were very efficient and friendly.
Being on the second floor was quite noisy from traffic, rubbish trucks etc
Lots of kids staying at the hotel and spa was over run with very small kids. Not the relaxing experience i had hoped for.

The line for breakfast was extremely long and prevented us from having breakfast there, we had to go across the road.
