Location, breakfast, gym and recovery room

Cons:

Rooms are small, bathroom is aged with shower over bath, no water pressure, no fresh air, amenities 3 star at best, no pool

Could have been better
Pros:

Location is great to the harbour and Martin Place station

Cons:

Booking.com and Sofitel reservation confirmation emails stated that I was to receive club benefits. The staff as Sofitel advised that I was not eligible though due to Sofitel website and confirmation booking details I was expecting otherwise. They were rude and showed no empathy to the misunderstanding.

Comfortable city hotel . Insanely expensive breakfast -
Pros:

The location was fantastic. We were there for the marathon and it is perfect for Martins place to get to the start and just a five minute walk from the finish line.

Cons:

As always hotel pillows are terrible , there was a pillow menu , but that’s a lot of faffing.
