The room was exceptionally clean and room facilities were amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful could not fault anything. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay here again.

I loved the entirety of my stay. I felt so pampered and cared for, it was genuinely luxurious. Staff were always very friendly and kind. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone that asked.

Very small bathroom, and bed too soft.
During my arrival, the designated no-parking zone was obstructed for an extended period, creating unnecessary difficulty on what is already a busy street. When I raised this with the porter on duty, I was met with a dismissive response—that it was “not his responsibility” to address the situation or arrange for the vehicle to be removed. I do not accept that position, particularly in the context of a five-star establishment where guest access and traffic flow should be actively managed.
The vehicle remained in place for over an hour, and I ultimately felt compelled to submit a tow request myself. This is not a level of service I would expect, nor one that reflects well on your hotel.
If this is indicative of the standard of front-of-house management, I would reconsider staying again. I trust you will review both the processes in place and the training of staff responsible for managing the entrance
Good location
Disappointing stay overall. King sized room - I was allocated a corner room and it felt very small with the bathroom like it was in a cupboard. Air con was poor - room felt very stuffy. I wouldn’t stay here again. Much better 4-5 star hotels around
In a great spot close to everything
The pillows stunk, I don’t think our room got cleaned properly prior.
We had a room booked for 3 people but still only got 2 towels and 2 robes, just maybe though that it should be to the amount of people in the room.
Besides from that, staff were lovely and very welcoming.
I LIKED THE LOCATION
I DID NOT LIKE MY ROOM AS IT WAS VERY SMALL AND THE ROOM WAS VERY SMELLY. THE BATHROOM WAS 1970s AND THE ROOM. THEY CHANGED MY ROOM AS I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY ROOM. FURNITURE IN THE ROOM WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL.
What made us return again after 12 months, was the Club access.
It is one of the best we have attended.
Wow!! Like totally beautiful and what is included.
We got talking to a lovely couple over drinks - and had a delightful time talking in the Club/Lounge area.
It is elegant, service outstanding!! You do not need to ask for anything.
We loved everything so there is nothing we didn't like. :)
