Checking In. Staff couldn't find our booking and we had to contact my secretary to confirm booking. Staff member blamed booking.com system. Eventually staff member found our names but we expected more professional responsibility from this level of accommodation. We won't be staying here again.

Clean friendly great location beautiful rooms and buffet breakfast
The only feedback, is the concierge. Not a great first impression when you’re not greeted and the self check in fails you. A better customer experience would be ensuring every customer is greeted and welcomed as they walk through the door and staff are manning the self check in to attend to any issues promptly. Again we went out and came back via the front doors with no acknowledgment from concierge - too busy having a chat and laugh amongst themselves.
Stayed the night before and extended my stay for another night. Wonderful staff, great position and very comfortable room.

The people looking after cars, luggage and ordering taxis were very professional, prompt and friendly. The restaurant in the downstairs area was excellent - food was delicious.
Check in staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. For a five-star accommodation I expected much better, value for money was very poor. The room service food was cold, fries were soggy and so disappointing. I would not recommend anyone to stay at the hotel, unless they get a cheap price.
Everyone was very polite and everything was nicely designed.
Our rooms took a while to be ready for us to check in. We had to leave our bags at the hotel at the start and go around the city in our current clothes when we were hoping to freshen up and change.
