Getting a $100 charge on the 15th. I went to the counter to ask what was the charge for. She went to the back and returned and said we had a pet. We had no pet she said someone heard and animal. I told her it's just me and my wife. If you have probable cause you should come to the room and ask we would be glad to let them in to look. I hope the company doesn't charge others credit cards, with no explanation before hand. If this is a common practice please let me know so I won't bother you again.
Sehr gute Lage zur Burbon Street. Frühstück (Buffet) ist vielfältig.
Ambiente ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Location was great walking distance I'm with disabilities to shops and more! Excellent customer service, staff was great!! House keeping service wonderful!
It’s location.
The price was entirely too expensive and the hotel didn’t meet the standards for the price. Needs to be updated, parking was a hassle even with valet, I had the breakfast package but was still charged for it…
Its a top rated hotel clean and you always feel at home
Pretty much everything 🙂
Not having more time to stay😂
The Location.
The wet smelly carpet.
Everything
Stayed for a conference in June and booked two cojoined rooms. The first frustrations were a mess-up of the reservation, and they doubled the charge on our card (as if we reserved four rooms).
That was all taken care of, however, on Wednesday (06/17) we left to grab lunch and when we came back, my daughter noticed her stuffed animal was missing. She is eight years old and her red bunny was the first toy given to her when she was born and she's slept with it almost every night of her life so far. It was left on the bed, as she always does, and wasn't there when we returned. We searched through the room thoroughly:
Wednesday afternoon & night
Thursday morning, afternoon, & night
Friday morning (2x) before we checked out.
We assumed it might have been accidentally scooped up when the beds were changed on Wednesday and contacted hotel staff. We were told to check in frequently and they'd make a note. However, every time we checked (each shift change) with lost & found or the front desk, no one seemed to know what we were talking about, and it was like we had to start the process all over again. Also, they were acting annoyed and dismissive as if our child lost her stuffy (that was the most important thing she owns to her), as if she took it out with us. While it holds no financial value, it was a sentimental object, and the staff were horrible in regard to it. There was also no knowledge around how long the laundry cycle took, etc. We ended up calling back each day for two weeks after until we've just assumed it was either destroyed in the wash (and they didn't want to claim responsibility) or taken by someone (and they didn't want to claim responsibility).
We were under the idea that this was some accident that unfortunately happened to something special opposed to a random object. Yet, as we unpacked out belongings, we have slowly started to notice other objects missing that aren't worth anything but still. A pair of goggles that weren't used at the pool (so, couldn't have been left there) due to the tropical storm that occurred that week, a decorative hair clip that wasn't used but brought as part of an outfit, and several other things that turn it from coincidence to things being taken. And we packed everything a day before we left in attempts to find the red bunny for my daughter, so by the time we checked out Friday, we stripped and cleaned the room ourselves to find it.
Now, we are normally people that would let it go but are making this review due to the treatment from the staff and how these situations were handled.
Staff was exceptional and the location was centralized
Cold water for 2 nights & only offered $50 room credit to be used on site
