The room, staff and location. I would stay there the next time around

Cons:

The hidden fees! $55 parking, $25 tourism fee, occupation fee and on top of that state tax, county tax, and city taxes 😑 . Extra $100 or so a day.

La ubicación y el tamaño de la habitación

Cons:

No se puede pagar en efectivo (suficiente para no volver a pisar ese hotel), el desayuno es pésimo, cuesta una fortuna y desde el piso 46 se escucha todo el ruido de la calle, el personal es malísimo, la atención pésima.

I recently stayed here and the experience did not meet my expectations at all! I’ve stayed at Marriott hotels in the past and I’ve never had this experience. I was blown away by this one in particular & NOT IN A GOOD WAY! The property itself was very outdated and could use a serious renovation! From the room amenities to the overall appearance of the hotel. For the price, I expected a more modern and well-maintained experience. My sisters and I were not helped with our luggage and we had to wait 2 hours for extra towels in our room. The valet service was also extremely unorganized. There was a lot of confusion when dropping off and retrieving vehicles, very long wait times, and little communication from staff, which made the process unnecessarily stressful. On top of that, both check-in and check-out were frustrating experiences. There were so many hidden fees. They tried charging me $186 for parking stating that I parked two vehicles when I only stayed one night & parked one vehicle. Overall, the stay was disappointing and lacked the level of comfort I typically expect from a Marriott property!
