Pros:

Loved the view. Room service was great. We love to people watch and the lobby was so comfortable and welcoming. Bonus our room view gave us a perfect view of the fireworks show. We will definitely be returning.

Cons:

There were only 2 things that I didn't like about my stay. First the bathtub felt like it had not been cleaned. Second none of the house cleaning personal that we encountered spoke English.

Cons:

מנקים את החדר מאוחר רק בסביבות 16:00, למרות שביקשתי בבוקר לנקות עד צהריים.
בארוחת הבוקר מתוך 4 בקרים בשניים לא הכינו חביתות בטענה שאין הרבה אנשים !
חלב חם בארוחת הבוקר אין וצריך היה לבקש באופן מיוחד, עשו טובה כשהביאו...

The room, staff and location. I would stay there the next time around

Cons:

The hidden fees! $55 parking, $25 tourism fee, occupation fee and on top of that state tax, county tax, and city taxes 😑 . Extra $100 or so a day.

Es muy cómodo y limpio. Hay salas de conferencias grandes y chicas. El gimnasio es muy bueno también. Hay piscina.

Es enorme. Hay que hacer fila para que te atiendan. El ascensor a veces demora.

Wonderful!!!
Pros:

Location, Starbucks, Cart with man serving drinks and food inside hotel, that it’s connected to Beignet place which also serves food!
