Pros:

I was in the newest wing of the hotel and the room was very nice and clean.

Cons:

It would have been nice for the hotel to provide access to water near the ice machines or in the rooms. It need not be bottled water, a water fountain or dispenser would have been sufficient and quite honestly I had expected it. A bottle of water in the room was $3 unless you were some kind of hotel member.

Pros:

The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The pool water was too cold to enjoy the pool. Our room was located on the second floor and it would get very noisy from people in the pool area. One night there were several men (soccer team i believe) that were sitting at tables in the pool area right below where our room was. They were very loud and drinking alcoholic beverages, even though it states that beverages from the bar are not allowed in the pool area. At 8 am we were awakened by kids in the pool. If you get a room here, I would advise not getting any rooms that are pool side.

Don’t come here if you came to relax, just to stay passing through.
Pros:

The ambiance, the hotel very beautiful. The beds are very comfortable

Cons:

The room wasn’t clean on arrival and not one morning was quiet. Had the room next to the housekeeping closet and doors were being slammed every morning. The fridge was dirty, there was sticky stuff on the desk, the bathroom wasn’t swept.
