A very comfortable, convenient hotel.
Pros:

I've been staying at this hotel periodically for decades. It's incredibly convenient for Kensington, the rooms extremely comfortable, a fabulous breakfast buffet, and friendly staff.

It was a lovely stay and for sure I will return
Pros:

The staff was simply amazing, I was received at the check-in counter by Moiez and he was extremely helpful.
The room was spacious and had the most amazing views to Kensington Gardens.

We would definitely stay again in case we wanted to re-visit the Kensington area.
Pros:

The Buffet breakfast was Excellent! Everything you'd want for breakfast was available, even a chef to make fresh omelettes! Even at 28 pounds, it was worth it. But come early, as they fill up FAST! This is a excellent way to start your day. Our room was exactly as the pictures showed. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was so nice too. Everything looked brand new! The room size was excellent for the two of us. I liked the way they planned the interior space. Felt like a "room within a room" with a portion that was elevated to establish an "office" space. The room included a mini-refrigerator, self-heating coffee pot, tea/coffee/hot chocolate bags and two glass bottles of spring water. There was an in-room safe. The bathroom had all the amenities you'll need, including very LARGE and THICK towels and nice bath robes.

Cons:

Unfortunately we couldn't find a way to adjust several things. The air conditioning remained at 25 degrees celcius and no matter how many times we tried to lower it to a cooler temperature, it would just go back to that same setting. To help resolve this, we were able to open a window to allow cooler air into the room. The in-room refrigerator also suffered from the same type of issue. It was ON as indicated by a green light at the top, but it never got cold. We placed the bottled water into the frig and the next morning it remained "room temperature". The "high street" shopping area seemed a bit run down and wouldn't consider it a place for shopping.
