Desastre!
Pros:

Ja foi bom, atualmente cansado...essa foi a quinta vez q fiquei e foi a ultima. Simplesmente minha reserva era p 3 dias sendo q logo no primeiro dia deu problema na central d aquecimento d agua d hotel inteiro e nao teve mais agua quente p banho ou para NADA! Uma vergonha! Ficamos 2 dias tomando banho frio! Eu minha esposa e minhas filhas! Em um pseudo hotel 5 estrelas! Absurdo total!!!

Cons:

Alem do absurdo de nao ter agua quente, as Cortinas sao mal feitas e nao conseguem efeito de um black out eficiente, entrando sol cedissimo pelas laterais das cortinas

Gutes Hotel für kurze Business-Trips, aber für private Reisen zu teuer
Pros:

Die Lage liegt wunderschön an den Kensington Gardens. Fußläufig kann man den Park erkunden oder auch bis nach Notting Hill laufen. Die nächste Underground-Station ist ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.

Cons:

Da das Hotel an einer relativ engen, vielbefahrenen Straße liegt, können nachts Polizeisirenen den Schlaf stören, selbst in höheren Etagen.

Pros:

A fantastic hotel with great facilities and excellent staff. The manager Kieran made it an exceptional stay, all the staff went above and beyond to help us.

Great location, was very easy to get everywhere needed. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had.

6. Housekeeping helpful providing water, but leaving their own chewed gum on my bathroom sink and spending 20 minutes just for them to apologize.

We travelled with our elderly parents and the hotel accommodated our requests for the rooms perfectly. The views were superb, there is parking available, great location, staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite and we will definitely be back. Many thanks,
