Pros:

Tolle Lage, super Aussicht auf die Stadt. Zu Fuß alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Trotzdem am Abend sehr ruhig.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir sind schon das dritte Mal gekommen und fühlen uns sehr Wohl da. Gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Super Frühstück.

A great place to stay especially if you get a room with a Park view.
Pros:

The Hotel is in a great position, on Kensington high street but backing onto Kensington gardens and Park, so the best of both worlds.
Ideally a room with a park view is preferred.

Cons:

The Restaurants were a little on the high side but thee are plenty of Restaurants on the high street.

部屋が清潔で、立地が良い。パークビューに多分レベルアップしてくれたようで、景色が良かった。ステップ付きの部屋への改装が理解できない。シャワーのデザインが鋭角的で、シャワーヘッドがつかみにくく、滑ってしまう。
Pros:

立地が良く、エアコン、冷蔵庫がある。スタッフも丁寧。夕方　部屋担当の人が一部屋づつ、設備など状況が良いか聞きに来てくれたのが良かった。ちょうど、お掃除の人がその日の水のボトルを置いてくれるのを忘れていたので、伝えたら、何本も持って来てくれてすごく助かった。

Cons:

お掃除の人が、お水のボトル、手を拭く小さいタオルを置くのを忘れたので、困った。部屋の電話で連絡しようとしたら、その電話も壊れていてつながらなかった。　部屋が改装されて、2段ステップが部屋内にあるが、とても危なく、なぜあのようなデザインの部屋にしたのか理解できない。以前のように、平面の方がずっと良かった。ステップにつまづかないよう、いつも気を使った。

Very good . Location right next to Kennsington Palace Gardens. Tube and buses very near
Pros:

Location excellent
Room decent size and bed very comfortable
Not big breakfast eaters so not worth the extra money

Cons:

The chair at the room desk did not fit under the desk so it was always in the way if you got out of bed during the night.
My wife stub her toe a couple of times on the chair leg !
