Great hotel with outstanding location
Pros:

Location is unbeatable, few minutes walk from Paddington station (i.e. you can get to Heathrow in 15 min with the Heathrow express), right across Hyde Park. Staff is attentive and genuine. I received a free room upgrade. The room was great views, plenty of space, and all the amenities you could think of. The overall stay was perfect.

Luxury on the park.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and situated right on Hyde Park.

Konumu inanılmaz iyi, merkezi olmasına rağmen çok sakin, Hyde Park'a 50 adımda giriş yapıyorsunuz. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve kalitesi olağanüstü. Çalışanlar çok ilgililer.

Cons:

Odası küçük. Havanın çok sıcak olduğu bir dönemde konakladık yorgan hariç üstümüze bir şey istedik battaniyeden başka bir şey yok dediler. Yastıkları da fazla yumuşak, yastık alternatifleri yok.
