Luxurious stay where every need is met This was a lovely stay, calm, relaxing and very comfortable
Pros:

Loved our stay, relaxing, comfortable znd clean with every aspect of room amenities fully met.

Cons:

Prices are very high without breakfast and would prefer an inclusive rate.

Excellent stay in a lovely hotel
Pros:

Excellent location for visiting London. Across the road from Hyde Park which is lovely and a tube stop 2 minutes walk away. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
Comfortable bed in a very clean room.
Staff were friendly and excellent.

Cons:

Room was a bit tight to open 2 suitcases.
Room 1103 - Carpet by the bathroom door needs fixing back down.

Location wise great
Pros:

Location was amazing, spacious and great feel to it, door staff fabulous, welcoming and helpfull

Cons:

Unfortunately the concierge manager was very negative, he claimed he didn't know about the pre arrangements that had been made, didn't belive me had to show him the email confirmation and still questioned the validity of it. Told me that if I need the same arrangements for other stays that it wouldn't be possible to stay at the hotel and they would not accommodate my request.

Called down to reception twice to get tea and milk went down in person as was getting late and was told it would be sent, again after another call 20min later finally the tea bags and mild arrived. Went booking was asked if it was for a special occasion to where I stayed it was my fathers birthday yet nothing more came of it.

The majority of the staff were great, helpful and wanted to help it's a shame others let it down so badly

I loved everything about my stay except for the uncomfortable mattresses in our room.
Pros:

Exceptional Room Cleanliness and very friendly staff
Excellent Location
Had a lovely afternoon tea for my birthday.

Cons:

Mattresses, coil springs digging into my back, asked concierge to ask house keeping to turn mattress over, or top to bottom, but this was not done.
Did this myself with the help of my daughter with whom I shared the room.
We stayed 5 nights, so the mattress comfort was important.

A great hotel choice offering a 5 star stay in a great location!
Pros:

The hotel and staff were really welcoming and friendly. Our room, although small was well laid out and clean. We appreciated the electric blinds, White Company products and other design aspects such as shower controls on outside to avoid soaking yourself! We ate at Nipi’s and both the food and staff were excellent! Breakfast overlooking the park was perfect, great choices!

Cons:

Air conditioning was fierce, hotel, room and restaurant was freezing despite it only being 15C outside!

Pros:

Fin utsikt. Hyggelig velkomst.

Cons:

Fikk bestilt drosje etter anbefaling fra personalet. Viste seg å være feil pris og måtte betale det dobbelte. Når vi ringte hotelllet om feilen, beklaget de seg, men vi fikk ingen kompensasjon
