Fab stay at a lovely hotel with amazing views
Pros:

We didn’t eat at the hotel but the bar was excellent as were the bar staff. Our room had a stunning view out over London.

$700 per night 5 star hotel with nothing in mini-bar? Not even mineral water in the room?

Also very loud bad music at the breakfast room.

A great stay with excellent service, clean rooms and a perfect location. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Amazing location right next to Lancaster Gate station, and Hyde park. Service was impeccable - I did not have to move my bags at all, and a guest relations officer greeted me at check in and check out

Decent short stay in the heart of London.
Pros:

The view is great and location near stations and Hyde Park is convenient. Other than the surprise on the toilet seat, other provisions are clean.

Cons:

When I checked into the room, the toilet seat was not cleaned and there was blood on it. I was too tired to report to reception that night.
Also the air conditioner turns off by itself at night.
The TV channels are not in HD.

Super tolles Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer groß genug und immer sauber.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Auswahl in der Bar wäre schön und einmal wurde die Frühstücks Bestellung vergessen. Aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten und jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau
