Great location , close to a tube station but the station does not have step free access .

I love the location. It's very close to Gloucester Road Tube Station, Waitrose and Starbucks. I walked to museums.
The bed was so hard that it hurt my back. I didn't have back pain before I slept in it, but woke up in the middle of the night with back pain.
