Great location, could have better amenities

Location and breakfast. Staff was lovely too

Cons:

The room was cold, hotel offers no blankets whatsoever and our AC unit was broken and outdated. The staff came to fix it but it broke two hours later. Had to sleep with a jacket on.

Pros:

Otelin konumu çok iyi, metro yanında. Çevresinde market ve kafe gibi ihtiyaç duyulacak yerler var. Londra’da geniş odalı otel bulmak kolay değil, odada iki tane ikiz yatak vardı. Aileler için büyük rahatlık. Çalışanlar yardım sever ve güler yüzlü. Katlarda su doldurabileceğiniz filtre makineleri var,bu harika.

Cons:

Kahvaltı yeri çok basık havadar değil ve kahvaltısı zayıf. Halı ve eski eşyalar sebebi ile yeterince hijyenik hissedilmiyor.

Pros:

That was no heating system and was cold, we ask to help they said they don’t have any heating system. But the last day a cleaner showed us how to turn the heater on. There was no bottle of water in room, again we asked reception and they said we don’t put water in room and you have to buy it which cost 10£ each bottle.

Good overall.
Pros:

Location and breakfast were very good. Handheld bidet in the toilet was really very important for me and so i am very pleased to get it in this hotel.

Cons:

Services of the staff as they were not at their best about my laundry services in terms of following instructions. Otherwise it was okay.

Excellent location for tube, large rooms but tired
Pros:

Room large, but v tired , picture in frame had slipped.
Unable to control temperature- air conditioning only blew out cold aire,
Bathroom good size , plentiful hot water but no shower hat, only liquid soap & shampoo supplied. The once heated rail no longer heated - notice on wall stating this.
TV difficult to operate & often froze!
Liked that we could open the windows for fresh aire
Breakfast was certainly adequate but not the same as we had experienced 20 years & 10 years ago. When there was a much wider selection of fruits, cereals & chef to cook your eggs, not eat ones that had had a skin form on the yolk from sitting around
