Pros:

Spacious room, comfy bed, location, conference facilities.

Cons:

1 hour for 6 concierge / porters to bring up my luggage. Lack of conveniently located sockets and switches in room. Chrome cast or screen share on TV does not work. Ironing board was missing from my room. Breakfast was sub par and proved too difficult to get a fiscal receipt for it.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great location.Convenient to Gloucester Rd tube and easy walk to South Kensington and Kings Rd .
Secure , well presented , lovely staff from Reception to the cleaning staff . 24 hr doormen .
Room was large and well presented , I even got a bowl of fruit and a card from the manager which I thought was a great touch .
Good size fridge for hotel and complimentary water .

Cons:

The only thing was the pillows .. using one was too flat and using two too high .. did disrupt my sleep .
I asked if there were any other types but unfortunately not .
