Perfect for a visit to London
Pros:

Location for visiting the Royal Albert Hall and V&A was fantastic and at a reasonable price. Comfortable room and a very pleasant hotel with friendly and efficient staff

Foi boa mas estava à espera de mais pelo preço que é.

2. O pequeno almoço achei fraco (ovos mexidos feitos com imenso oleo e não havia variedade de pão nem de fruta);
3. Não tivemos shampoo nem gel de banho na nossa casa de banho durante 3 dias.

Quietness of the bedroom.

Cons:

Please have the edging of the carpets in the hall ways and landings around the bedroom doorways and skirting boards deep cleaned, as there are huge amounts of dust that needs removing.

Pros:

Der Service ist sehr gut, das Personal äußerst zuvorkommend! Ich verbringe sehr gern meinen Aufenthalt dort, wenn ich in London bin; und das bereits zum 4. Mal.

Cons:

Unsere Zimmerqualität wurde durch anhaltende Brummgeräusche vom Flur beeinträchtigt. Das Problem konnte auch durch die maintenance Crew nicht behoben werden.

Soggiorno nella norma. Non so se ritornerò perché il rapporto qualità prezzo è troppo alto.
Pros:

Posizione ottima perché a pochi metri dalla stazione metro di Gloucester Road. La colazione abbondantissima ma di qualità nella media. Letto confortevole a 2 piazze molto comodo e grande.

Cons:

Avevo richiesto una camera ad un piano alto, ma mi è stata assegnata una camera al secondo piano. I mobili della camera erano datati seppur in buono stato. Asciugacapelli non funzionava correttamente (temperatura tiepida che va sul freddo). La TV aveva pochi canali e non satellitari. Per il prezzo pagato è sinceramente eccessivo.
