Hotel looked amazing on arrival, as soon as we had our rooms, we opened the door, not what we was expecting for the money, very very premier inn style, was expecting a little more glamour for £230 a night, room was dirty towels had stains on them and the air conditioning was Naf so one of the hottest days of the year in a sweat box

מיקום מרכזי ונוח מאוד. צמוד לתחנת גלוסטר רוד שנגישה להרבה מקומות מרכזיים בעיר. אוטובסים להרבה מקומות בעיר ומרחק הליכה קצר מאוד לגני קנגזינטון, ארמון קנגיזנטון והייד פארק. צוות שיאות החדרים, הנקיון והקונסיירג' היו נפלאים!.
ביקשנו לעשות צ'ק אאוט מאוחר ונתקלנו בסירוב (הרגיש שלא באמת ניסו לבדוק אפילו האם ניתן). הצוות בדלפק הקבלה לעיתים לא היה נעים. הייתה מנהלת אחת שלא הייתה מסבירת פנים וחבל.
