La posizione ottima!
Purtroppo, la nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata deludente.
Fortunatamente siamo arrivate nel pomeriggio per il check-in, perché già da subito ci siamo trovate ad affrontare un problema importante: la camera era molto fredda. Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi a regolare il termostato, ma dopo oltre un’ora l’aria non si era ancora riscaldata.
Prima di uscire per andare a un concerto, abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception, nella speranza che al nostro rientro la situazione fosse risolta. Purtroppo, così non è stato. La camera era ancora fredda e siamo state costrette a chiedere nuovamente assistenza.
I ragazzi della manutenzione, gentilissimi e disponibili, sono intervenuti, ma non potendo risolvere il problema ci hanno fornito una piccola stufa elettrica. Per fortuna, almeno quella!
La camera è molto grande, ma le condizioni generali lasciano parecchio a desiderare. L’arredamento è datato e avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di essere rinnovato, bagno compreso. Gli infissi, poi, sono un altro punto dolente: una finestra non può essere chiusa perché da lì passa il tubo del condizionatore portatile. Il risultato? Rumori esterni che si sentono moltissimo, a cui si aggiunge una generale rumorosità proveniente anche dall’interno della struttura, che rende difficile riposare tranquillamente.
Un’ultima considerazione, che ritengo doverosa: 223,79 € per una sola notte, colazione esclusa, sono una cifra importante, soprattutto considerando le condizioni della camera e i disagi che abbiamo dovuto affrontare.
Capisco che possano verificarsi degli imprevisti, ma quando si paga una tariffa di questo livello ci si aspetta un ambiente confortevole, una camera adeguatamente riscaldata e servizi all’altezza del prezzo richiesto.

Estaba sucio(el baño bien) pero los muebles tenían una capa de polvo y mobiliario de la habitación viejo no parecía un 4 estrellas.
Location is excellent. Hotel is also very good. Big rooms is a real plus. Breakfast is excellent
Our room was cold. A/C didn't work and when the fan was on it was extremely noisy. Staff very helpful and changed our room to an upgraded room which was very nice. Would I stay there again? Yes definitely

Close to the Royal Albert Hall
Text message with a link to check in online which might have been hacked as my credit card company stopped a payment of £0.79 after I completed this. I contacted the hotel before completing the form and was reassured this was a normal process but I do feel compromised.

Fantastic location, right next to Gloucester Road tube station. Very helpful staff. Lovely king size bed. Wonderful powerful shower to get the day started. Quiet room.
Everything reached a minimum standard expected for a 4 star hotel.
Lack of understanding and willingness to accommodate for needs, rooms were very basic , no above and beyond to create a more welcoming atmosphere
