My stay could be better

Staff were not helpful!! As well I lost my Hair Clipper and were not able to find it (I have changed my room and it was there few minutes after it disappeared..)

Welcoming staff, excellent location.
Pros:

Close to the MRT and a great Mall, but walking distance to many other top locations. Staff were friendly. Laundry was efficient.

Cons:

Day one breakfast was limited (although I was close to the closing time), options were being run down.
