Great potential. Up the level of service.

Beautiful big impressive building, fantastic pool, large room (King Superior)

Cons:

Room and bathroom smelled musty, check-in slow, had difficulty getting a glass of wine to room (3 attempts), although staff were friendly and polite. Also took 3 attempts to get a glass of wine at the pool bar. No chance of cocktail. Empty mini bar. 2 teabags, no milk.

Parking space is at the basement. I'm just worried of flood.
The door sensor doesn't work on the day I came. My husband need to go downstairs twice to settle the problem. And we have to wait quite long outside the room before they come to fix it.

Great location and nice lobby. Definitely would go back there if I am in KL!
Pros:

Its location , cleaning staff nice and view from my room on Bukit Bintang was awesome! 24 hours gym access.

Cons:

Swimming pool hours - could stretch till 10
Pm or midnight. The staff at reception desk could be more jovial & friendly, the one who checked me in was not friendly nor welcoming at all. The rooms need some renovations and the gym equipments too - remotes for tv on machines not working etc..
