The location was top-notch, in the middle of Bukit Bintang. The room and bathroom were spacious, they had a separate bathtub and shower area.
The hallway to the parking is a bit creepy. The breakfast spread could be better, there wasn't much choice and the taste wasn’t that great either.
When we were there, the pool was under maintenance. Too bad we only found out about it when we checked in. There was no information or notification about it before we booked.
Great location next to Pavillion Shopping centre and the Bkt Bintang MRT station. Within walking distance to KLCC as well. We had a room that looked into the main street and a good view of the sunrise as well. The breakfast spread is quite generous.
The tea and coffee is miserable. Just 2 packs of black tea and coffee. Also they do not provide hair conditioner and body lotions.

Centrally located and very grand.
A little out dated but still very grand
Leak in the toilet bidet caused bathroom floor to be wet. Wet floor is always dangerous. Cos I was busy I didn't complain until I checked out. Housekeeping ought to be observant n proactive.

Perfect location with all the shopping around & super convenient with public transport around such as monorail & LRT. Room was clean & neat. Didn't try on your breakfast no commend , if breakfast is provided during booking will be the best.
