Iconic & Luxury
Pros:

I have a wonderful stay here. It is centrally located Bukit Bintang, and within walking distance to Pavillion Shopping and making it perfect for exploring the great area.

The customer service was excellent, prompt and follow through my queries, especially the team member, Anna, Kenneth, Fawwaz, their service is remarkable.

I will definitely return to the same hotel.

عند الدخول اخبرتني الموظفه بانهم سيرسلون كيكه للغرفه للمناسبه التي اخبرتهم عنها ولكن للاسف خرجت من الفندق ولم ارى شيئا
السرير يصدر سوت مزعج واخبرت المديرة المناوبة بذلك وارسلوا فني وقام بتغيير العجلات لكن للاسف المشكله بقيت واعتقد ان مرتبة السرير مستهلكه

A comfortable stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

Location was excellent, room was comfortable and spacious, food was spectacular. Swimming pool area great.

Cons:

Shower water was luke warm to cold, noise carried between room and corridor/ other rooms. Gym facilities could be improved, level 3 shower facilities would help people who check out at 12.00 but don't leave hotel until afternoon/ evening.

The hotel is strategically located.
Pros:

The location is very convenient to all places such as eating places, shopping and connected by air bridge to KLCC

Cons:

The road in front of the hotel is too congested to exit from the hotel parking. Previously the parking used to complimentary for hotel guests by using the room card. Now the parking fees are charged to hotel guests.

Nice stay at GM
Pros:

Location is perfect for city exploring. Staff were really friendly and check in and out was the smoothest ever. Some hotels in KL claim to be city centre when they are far from it. This definitely is.

Excellent.
Pros:

Nice building - spacious, pleasant feeling and smell all around, lifts are ample and efficient. Very good location within walking distance in Bukit Bintang.

Cons:

If possible, perhaps review the check-in time i.e 3 pm. It’s almost 40 % loss of the arrival day for customer(s).
