Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel

First time staying at this property and what a wow experience. It is a true 5 star luxury hotel with Bangkok’s best hospitality staff.

Location wise - very convenient location, BTS (Skytrain) stop just a 2 minute walk away. Easy walk up to Chitlom / Erawan etc.

Rooms are beautifully appointed. All amenities including Smart TVs. Bathrooms spot on.

Service is outstanding across all departments. Nothing is a problem. Genuinely friendly.

Loved the pool area - a true oasis in the heart of Bangkok. I used it every day - even just for a quick dip. Pool attendants amazing.

The onsite Japanese restaurant is fabulous, so good I took clients there 2 days in a row.

Overall this was a 10/10 stay for me on so many levels. Would love to return again soon.

The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. A very special thank you to Ingfa, who made our stay even more memorable. She was exceptionally kind, professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Her friendly attitude and excellent service truly made a difference.

Anantara Siam is one of, if not the best hotels we have stayed in when in Bangkok. Staff are incredibly friendly, very sociable and happy to help with everything. The new renovations are exceptional, with such comfortable bedding and decor. Breakfasts were perfect. The massive pool and pool area and outdoor dining close to the pool just stunning! The pool bar boys are there for your every need, be it drinks, superb cocktails, food or just a few coffees. Even the cappuccinos were simply outstanding. It was very sad to have to leave after 4 days/nights. Ratchadamri BTS so close as is the magnificent Central World shopping mall. We know where we will book on our next trip to Bangkok!

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Bangkok, Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel feels like a peaceful sanctuary far removed from the city's bustle. It is undoubtedly one of the most comfortable and relaxing urban resorts we have stayed at in Bangkok.

From the moment we stepped into the stunning lobby, we were captivated by its understated grandeur, unmistakable sense of Thai heritage and the warm, attentive service we experienced throughout our stay. The exquisite hand-painted ceilings, the magnificent hand-painted mural and the classic architectural details create a welcoming atmosphere that is both understated and regal. One of our favourite features was the beautiful indoor tropical koi pond, which brings nature and natural light into the heart of the hotel. Home to Anan and Tara, the hotel's charming resident duck mascots, it perfectly reflects the tranquillity found throughout the property. The lush tropical landscaping further enhances the resort-like atmosphere, making it easy to forget you're in the heart of one of Asia's most vibrant cities.

We stayed in the Anantara Suite, which was beautifully maintained, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The thoughtful layout, quality finishes, luxurious bedding and linen, excellent lighting and beautiful open views all contributed to an exceptionally relaxing stay. The bathroom was equally well appointed with quality amenities and an excellent shower, while housekeeping maintained the suite impeccably throughout our visit. Despite its rich history, the hotel has been exceptionally well maintained and feels remarkably fresh and contemporary while retaining all of its timeless charm.

One of the things we loved most was the resort-like atmosphere. Although surrounded by the energy of Bangkok, the hotel feels wonderfully tranquil. The beautiful swimming pool is the perfect place to unwind, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary neck massage by the pool - a lovely touch we had never experienced before. The hotel's location is also excellent, just a two-minute walk from the BTS station while remaining wonderfully peaceful.

Dining was another highlight. With its excellent collection of restaurants, bars, shops and lounges, there is very little reason to leave the property. In fact, we found ourselves happily spending most of our time enjoying everything the hotel had to offer. Breakfast offered an excellent variety of both Thai and international dishes, while pre-dinner cocktails and canapés at the Kasara Lounge were a particular favourite. Every meal we enjoyed during our stay was consistently prepared to a high standard.

A heartfelt thank you to Donna for so thoughtfully arranging our stay every step of the way, to Marcus - it was a pleasure catching up again - and to Joe and General Manager Torsten for their gracious hospitality and for taking the time to check in on us throughout our visit. We also extend our sincere thanks to the wonderful teams at reception, breakfast service, the Kasara Lounge, the culinary team, the pool, housekeeping and everyone behind the scenes. Every interaction was warm, attentive and professional, and that consistency of service is one of Anantara Siam's greatest strengths.

We would have loved to stay much longer to fully experience everything the property has to offer. What I appreciated most was the staffs, especially Ms. Fresh’s ability to customize the service to my preferences, making my stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free after long work days.

From the check in until the check out we had nothing but excellent encounters with all the team members, starting from the front desk, Madison, Aqua - for late dinner drinks and then during breakfast again. Anantara Siam has it all. The newly renovated rooms, public areas and foremost the new swimming pool area are superb and very well designed. My stay at the Anantara Siam Bangkok was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel genuinely welcome by the warm, attentive and professional team. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between classic Thai elegance and modern comfort, creating a peaceful oasis in the heart of bustling Bangkok.

My room was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. Every detail had clearly been thoughtfully considered, making it a wonderful place to relax after a busy day exploring the city.

The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. The selection was outstanding, with an impressive variety of international and local dishes, all fresh and beautifully presented. The quality of the food throughout the hotel was consistently excellent.

The location is another major advantage. Being within easy walking distance of the BTS Skytrain made it incredibly convenient to explore Bangkok's attractions, shopping and restaurants while still returning to the calm atmosphere of the hotel.

What truly sets the Anantara Siam apart, however, is its people. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, genuine and eager to help. Their attention to detail and commitment to outstanding service made my stay feel truly special.

It was truly an unforgettable experience. The staff are really friendly and super helpful. Ingfah and Tan gave us a warm welcome. The check in process was quick and smooth. The breakfast spread has a great variety and the food is delicious. Although our stay was short, my friends and I agree that we will definitely come back!
