Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel

We are regular guests at the Anantara Siam, simply because it's a lovely hotel with the most wonderful service. We are always received with the utmost warmth and hospitality. The location is perfect. The hotel has undergone major renovations (almost finished) and the rooms and bathrooms are lovely now. We want to thank the staff at the Kasara Lounge, including Joris, for the wonderful reception and service, as always!

Anantara Siam is a legendary hotel in Bangkok in term of very nice rooms, fantastic Food & Beverage, excellent spa and the World Class hotel staff.

My mother and I stayed at a newly renovated Siam room and we confirmed everything was perfect, started with very friendly bell person. (Khun Roger) at the entrance of the hotel, very effective check-in & check-out at front desk staff, variety of F&B and the fantastic room.

My mother had 120 minutes Aromatherapy Massage at Anantara Spa. Many thanks to Khun Thian, spa therapist, for her excellent massage that made good blood circulation and pain relief and took a very good care of my mother. The spa receptionist is also very nice and friendly, especially Khun Meen. My mother loved Anantara Spa because of Khun Thian and Khun Meen. Advanced reservation is highly recommended for Anantara Spa.

Breakfast Buffet at Parichart Court was also our highlight of our stay, especially variety of foods and very nice iced coffee. Many thanks to Khun Atcharapirn, Chef at Noodle Station and Khun Rose for their excellent service, not only us but all guests.

We strongly recommend Anantara Siam for a very perfect stay in Bangkok.

Excellent service and comfortable room. The food at breakfast was good with great variety. I loved the pool and sauna.

Love this hotel for so many reasons - quality of product, Biscotti one that I go back to time and time again. I had seen that renovation had been ongoing at the pool and gym and must say it all looks super - that said not sure who made the decision to change this to an exclusive club - not sure how guests fair but 250 k THB for an annual membership ? I just don’t see it - good for those that can afford it (wish I could)

especially Mr.Arbell. He has the look, the smiles and the kind(ness).

I am in this hotel ONLY bcos of the relentless effort made by him to ensure that against all odds , I choose to be along term guest in his hotel in Bangkok and this actually transpired !

Day one saw me being welcomed by LYN .
Proffessional, courteous knowledgable and so helpful..she made me feel so comfortable n relaxed right from my first day and nothing has changed since either .
My visit to the Kasara lounge thereafter ( and everyday since ) I was / have been welcomed and given such special treatment n attention that this complimentary text would be incomplete if I did not mention especially the names of
MO n BAM n MIND..
Always smiling always at the beck ( n call not just of me but all guests ) in the lounge.. so so accommodating n ever helpful - congratulations !

And this post would be incomplete if I did not mention POOM from the linen room -
POOM bent over backwards to ensure that an urgent alternation that I need to a garment was done and to my complete and full satisfaction in less than a few hour .

Excellent hospitality! I visited with my family (2 elders) and had such a lovely time enjoying afternoon tea, breakfast, and the spa. Very energetic and polite staff. Thanks for creating such a good memories for us.

We had an amazing stay at Anantara Siam Bangkok. The staff was outstanding 🙏, very helpful, extremely friendly and fast from the hotel director to the doorman! Breakfast was fantastic in a lovely colonial setting. The newly renovated rooms were spacious and equipped with luxurious items like Japanese toilet, Dyson hairdryer etc…
I can highly recommend staying at Anantara Siam Bangkok.

Beyond blessed to have discovered this amazing hotel. Felt so incredibly well looked after during our stay and given a welcome second to none by all levels from the GM to the incredible room management team.

Had the most relaxing experience, having access to the lounge on the 7th floor. Amazing breakfast, afternoon tea & aperitif offerings which we enjoyed immensely.

The pool was perfect - not too crowded with exceptional service.

Also made the most of the Sunday Bruch experience - incredible selection of food and drink and entertainment.

Late night ‘nightcap’ dancing in the downstairs courtyard was the absolute highlight though! Felt the years melt away and didn’t want the night to end 🥰

I recently stayed at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel to celebrate my birthday, and it was truly such a memorable experience.

A very special thank you to Elle, who went above and beyond to make our stay so meaningful. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely cared for.

To celebrate my birthday, the hotel prepared a lovely surprise in our room , roses laid out beautifully on the bed, with “Happy Birthday” written using leaves. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the occasion feel extra special.

On our last day, they also surprised us again during breakfast with a “Happy Farewell” pancake, which was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. Elle also kindly helped arrange a late check-out for us, which we really appreciated as it allowed us to enjoy our final day without rushing.

Although the hotel was undergoing some renovation works, Elle thoughtfully apologised for it in advance. Thankfully, aside from a slight paint smell, it was not noisy at all and did not affect our stay.

Overall, the hospitality we experienced, especially from Elle, was exceptional. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so unforgettable. I would definitely return again, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, thoughtful, and memorable stay in Bangkok.

This hotel is truly an oasis in the centre of busy and noisy Capital Bangkok. Once you step inside, it will give you a very peaceful and calming feeling that is hard to find anywhere else in BKK.
Since I was looking for a restaurant, the concierge Mr. Buoy was so dedicated and went extra miles just to give me the assistance. Really appreciated and he is truly the gem of Anantara Siam. Hard to find a person like this across the hotels that I have stayed in many countries.
Last but not least, it will be great if the PressReader app of your hotel can add the New York Times like Kempinski hotel. I believe NYT is a very popular paper not only to me but also other foreign guests.
