Breakfast options were not as many as I would expect for hotels at similar level. The services was brilliant -- staff were responsive and friendly. Very impressed by the gym, having full set of weights and machines. The in-room dining was pretty good and high-quality.
The room is quite aged.
The view of the Sydney Opera House and the last minute hotel deal made it possible for my dream to come true at an extremely reasonable price with the financial conversion rates. Never would I dream I could ever stay at The Four Seasons. The last minute drop in price AND a room with a view both! So blessed!!!
The lobby was uncomfortable. No where to sit comfortably.
The location
Wanted a water view
Very comfortable
Amazing views
Friendly staff
The little extras
Nothing
Everything was good
The pillows are not good. They are just full of air
All of it
Bed and linen was extremely comfortable
Beautiful rooms
Everything about our stay was excellent - the staff, the upgraded room - a real treat, room service, food, walking distance to circular quay, city, light rail.
There was nothing we didn't like - all very good.
Harbour view.
I didn't think the disabled access rooms were well thoight through. Sure it has a lower sink but someone in a wheelchair still needs a plave to put their toothbrush. I doubt someone with disabilities.road tested this design for practicality. And btw I am nit disabled I just noticed it wasn't practical for an able bodied person so also hard for a carer companion. We're all learning and expectations in the area are evolving rapidly. So it's a criticism for future design.
Everything was clean. The location was very, very good -- close to all the major attractions, restaurants, public transportation, etc.The gym was very practical and useful.
The bed was a bit too soft and didn't feel supportive.
