For the price, breakfast was not included like many others. Service was ok. Staff at breakfast and room service are overworked, with sheer volume of people (underresourced). I have stayed here for 4 times, this was the most average service, which makes me think of trying other hotels. Late check out was not given, like I usually get understandably, other hotels bend over backwards, so people will stay with them again. Mediocre service.

Perfect place to stay to explore Sydney.
