Dass der Pool geschlossen war
Four Seasons is one of the best luxury hotel chains in the world so you can expect excellence. But the staff really went out of their way to help. We arrived very early after an overnight flight, and they made good efforts to get our room ready, but in the meantime they entertained the children with some Australian stories and treats, and we had full access to the lovely pool and spa. And when we checked out we could also use the pool all day until we had to leave. The breakfast is superb but relatively expensive.
The only reason I don't give this 10 is that the building is so ugly, like many from this period. The inside lobby is also rather hideous in its design. This didn't really affect the overall experience.

The comfiest bed in the world! Epic location, staff were amazing!
Absolutely everything was perfect. The kindness and hospitality we were shown was second to none and we couldnt recommend this hotel enough. The staff are just incredible and so personable. Our view from our room was simply breathtaking overlooking the Sydney Opera House and the bed was so comfortable we struggled to leave it. They also treated me to a lovely surprise on my birthday
