Exceptional customer service!
Pros:

Customer service exceeded my expectations. I attended the hotel for a birthday celebration, and the staff made my day by providing a chocolate cake, toiletries, chocolates and glitter on my bed with towel art. It was quite lovely and they made me feel very special. The room was spacious with an excellent view of the CBD. It was also very clean and extremely quiet which added to the relaxing ambience. This was one of the most outstanding customer service experiences from booking, through to check out. Highly recommend! Thank you all :-)

Overall the hotel has ambience and is in a good location.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Very good selection.

Cons:

The television in Room 4222 did not work.
Staff member did attend but after 3 calls that was referring the matter to a Duty Manager nothing happened. We were ignored. We wanted to watch the NRL Grand Final and nothing happened until I went back to the Fromt Frsk and requested a too change that was done.

Pros:

Great city views, the most comfortable bed! Room service has good options! Smells nice throughout the hotel, was gifted a bottle of wine on arrival for my birthday nice surprise!
