Great city views, the most comfortable bed! Room service has good options! Smells nice throughout the hotel, was gifted a bottle of wine on arrival for my birthday nice surprise!

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

We stayed 5 nights. Location was great, tram stop right outside the door. Check in and out was quick, Rodrigo was very helpful and all the gentleman outside were fantastic, polite and welcoming. Plenty of restaurants and food close by.

Cons:

After Rodrigo had wonderfully checked us in, when returning to collect our key when room was ready, the woman who saw to us was very unpleasant.
