The best hotel hands down in Auckland and recommend to everyone!
Pros:

The location and how clean and fresh it smelt and everything about this hotel was perfect. Highly recommend dont stay anywhere else.

Cons:

Nothing it was perfect and we will be back again.

Stayed for a concert was first night away from baby, so wanted a nice fancy stay. It was nice but yeah felt a bit claust
Pros:

Location, comfy bed, bath, shower

Cons:

No windows felt a bit claustrophobic for me. Can hear the big heavy doors of other people opening and shutting

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would happily return.
Pros:

The room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, which made our stay very relaxing. The location was also ideal, with everything conveniently close by.
The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and were professional in all their interactions. Overall, their warm and attentive approach really added to the positive experience of our stay.

Cons:

One thing to note is that parking for hotel guests was not complimentary, which we hadn't expected. It would have been great if this was included. We didn't opt for the buffet breakfast as it seemed a bit expensive, instead chose to order our own meals which worked well for us.
Apart from that, everything else was excellent and we really enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

Stunning hotel, sleek and stylish rooms, big comfortable bed, loved the bath. The pool and gym were excellent. Staff were all fantastic and super helpful. Great location. I loved my stay.

Cons:

The whole hotel (including pool room) felt cold. Rooms are actually not that sound proof. But these are minor issues.
