A perfect city gateway to recharge and feel renewed in Auckland
Pros:

Hotel is located in the very center of Auckland, rooms are very cozy, facilities are great ( indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and cold plunge). Everything is super clean , staff is very friendly and professional

一塌糊涂！
Pros:

浴巾是坏的，感觉已经使用了超过10年，我不敢相信这来自于一家五星级酒店；水池是堵塞的，更可笑的是旁边竟然有一张纸写着：如果因为水溢出造成地毯浸水需要赔偿500纽币，把我气笑了，这是诈骗！酒店的中央空调无法达到设定的问题，在凌晨我被冷醒！我一定会告诉任何一个我认识的朋友让他们千万别预定这家酒店！

Cons:

To knit pick at it things, what I didn’t like was the tv channels. For a luxury hotel, having sky sports would have been a bonus.
