Great place to unwind!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is amazing, from our check in, to during our stay and checking out, staff members all tried to make our stay comfortable and smooth, thank you so much for the little details your team did for my baby's birthday, she enjoyed her staycation request and will very much want to come back. thank you.

Cons:

the little hidden extra charges, eg for the tray for room service, we are already paying for our meals, can this fee be cancelled altogether.

Amazing stay
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the rooftop pool and spa area were a wonderful addition. The breakfast was superb, and the food in the restaurant was equally impressive. What truly stood out was the staff, everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.

The best hotel hands down in Auckland and recommend to everyone!
Pros:

The location and how clean and fresh it smelt and everything about this hotel was perfect. Highly recommend dont stay anywhere else.
