Excellent location off Queen Street. Excellent breakfast.
Bar service in the evening very slow, only one person serving drinks.
Everything from the central location, grear room, delicious breakfast which was actually hot which was a bonus. The staff were lovely really helpful great front desk welcome so first impressions were good. Joanna stood out and provided directions and other information, nothing seemed too much trouble. Lovely touch in our room with Birthday balloons.

Clean convenient good facilities but most of all a king size bed
A bit hot at night & the comforter was heavy & very warm. If we opened the windows there was loud club music.
The woman who was bartending was wearing a pin saying “HE/THEY”. Whatever she believes it seemed self serving & unprofessional. To someone’s face we would never use pronouns & if we spoke about her after we would say she because she was clearly a woman. So a bit immature & posturing.
Overall the hotel was good, the staff friendly and accommodating.
The air conditioning was weak, and cut out after about 30 minutes. Would probably not have been a problem if there had not been a heatwave.
Brilliant service, went the extra mile for my sister’s birthday.
