Pros:

Location is good because it’s located in the heart of the city

Cons:

The reception staff, particularly two ladies at reception and the night staff, were extremely rude during our stay. They deliberately switched off the air conditioning at night, despite the weather being very hot, which made our stay very uncomfortable.

I also accidentally booked four rooms instead of three through Booking.com for the period from 25th May to 28th May. I informed the Leonardo Hotel about the mistake. Initially, I was told that nothing could be done and that I would need to contact Booking.com directly. However, a senior staff member, Keira, later advised that the hotel would submit a request to Booking.com on my behalf.

The location was excellent and close to all attractions. Close by to many food options.

Cons:

The tv didnt not have capability to cast from phone. That would have been ideal for us.
