Great staff. Looked after us really well
Pros:

There was a mixup with the booking - we booked a double room and were allocated a twin. Staff sorted it very quickly and without fuss.

Cons:

Pumping the price up when there are events on. We paid the same for a couple to stay in one room for one night in Cardiff as we paid for four of us in two rooms in the Leonardo in Birmingham a week earlier!

Pros:

The lady at reception was extremely kind and generous when she found out we were in Cardiff for a funeral. We were grateful for her compassion. The room itself was lovely and spacious.

Cons:

The temperature in the room was high and did not really go down when we adjusted the thermostat.
