A short stay that the amazing staff made memorable
Pros:

First and before everything, the staff: decent well-trained and know how to accommodate to every guest’s needs with a smile on the face. Starting from Tarek in the reception and Mariam ( I believe from guest relations) and every single staff member in the spa and pool area. Not to forget the restaurant staff.
Then comes the location, the cleanliness, the amazing view.
We were on a staycation celebrating our anniversary, and got an upgrade for a suit with an access to the lounge (where staff were as amazing as the rest of the hotel). It was a short stay that they managed to make it memorable

Cons:

Everything is great and the effort to make it updated and well maintained is obvious.
The only downside was the overcrowd in the pool area that is very limited l, and on a national holiday it was hard to accommodate all guests at once especially that the day use guests kept on showing. Otherwise everything was great

Location is great, and the Nile Bankside has a real buzz until very late!
