I do not think i will go back again to this hotel!

Cons:

I was surprised that the hotel charges $75 (~3800 Egypt pounds) for a ride to the airport, where i took taxi (Uber) for only 459 Egyption pound ?!?!

I stayed four days, and only have one day breakfast because of the “non exceptable” behavior of staff

Un excellent accueil et une équipe aux petits soins, malgré quelques nuisances sonores et des équipements qui mériteraie
Pros:

L’accueil a été exceptionnel. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Mohamed Ramadan, une personne extraordinaire, très attentionnée et professionnelle. Toute l’équipe était vraiment aux petits soins et a contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable. Le personnel est chaleureux, disponible et à l’écoute.

Cons:

Le principal point négatif a été le bruit du voisinage pendant la nuit, avec l’impression d’avoir une discothèque juste à côté, ce qui a rendu le sommeil difficile. J’ai également trouvé que certains équipements de l’hôtel étaient un peu vieillissants et mériteraient d’être rénovés
