My stay at Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah was truly exceptional and one of the most memorable hotel experiences I have had in Cairo.

From the moment of arrival until departure, the level of hospitality, service, and attention to detail was outstanding. The hotel has a fantastic location with breathtaking views over the Nile. Staying on the 22nd floor made the experience even more special, with a beautiful panoramic view of Cairo and the Nile, and the incredible sight of the Pyramids in the distance.

A very special thank you and appreciation goes to Mr. Samer, the Hotel Manager, for his personal attention, genuine care for the guests, and continuous follow-up on every detail. This level of leadership and dedication is clearly reflected throughout the hotel and makes guests feel genuinely valued and welcomed.

One of the highlights of my stay was the Club Millésime on the 16th floor. The service and hospitality were truly exceptional. My sincere thanks and appreciation go to Zekra, Abdullah, Mahmoud Maghawry, Doaa Yehia, Tamer El Sayed, Samer Hussien, and Sami for their warm welcome, constant smiles, professionalism, kindness, and genuine attention to every guest. They made every visit to the Club a wonderful experience, and their outstanding hospitality was one of the main reasons my stay became so memorable.

I would also like to give special recognition to the Housekeeping team for maintaining an excellent standard of cleanliness, organization, and attention to every detail. The room was always perfectly maintained, and the team demonstrated great professionalism, politeness, respect, and responsiveness throughout the stay.

What truly makes Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah special is not only its magnificent location and breathtaking Nile views, but also the wonderful people who work there and make every guest feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
