Location and the view
Pillows and blankets were not comfortable
Great location, quick walk to ACL live and other areas. Garage parking as well as valet available. And easy to get in and out of when needed.
Beautiful hotel, with excellent amenities, and an extremely courteous and helpful staff! I would definitely return to Austin and choose this hotel!
Lovely, renovated hotel in an excellent location. Perfect for watching the bats come out at dusk. The customer service was excellent! Front staff was attentive and accommodating, the breakfast buffet was amongst the best we have ever had!
Mold on ceiling tiles in bathroom. Room was not clean, sheets had holes in them, floor was gross, hallway carpet was dirty.
Rooms were clean and TV was big.
Two thumbs way up. Newly renovated. Spring for a room overlooking the lake and skyline. Easy walk to restaurants, activities and Long Center.
Nice hotel with excellent service. Pool is not that great compared to how it is advertised. Small and noisy with location. A bit of a walk to downtown (10-15 min). Not much around the hotel iteself.
While we are loyal Marriott members, this is our go to place when staying in Austin. Great rooms, and the river view rooms with a balcony are worth the price. Rooms on third floor have the largest patio. Food and drinks are pricey. $22.00 for a glass of average quality of white wine at the pool bar. Pool is kid friendly. Good restaurants in walking distance across the lake in downtown. Staff is great.
Loved it A great experience , staff and breakfast were amazing. Clean, contemporary, accommodating
Utilized early check in since flight was early to arrive.
Skyline view of pool was so nice and a short walk to downtown restaurants and the bat bridge. We enjoyed a no vehicle necessary stay.
Uber to airport easy! .
Nice hotel with view of the river. Friendly bartender and was close to the bridge to see the bats. A bit of construction going on but was close to restaurants etc.
Always enjoy my stay at this property just a beautiful area of Austin and the staff is very helpful. Excellent location. Rooms are nice and large.
The hotel was great. Everything g was updated and very clean. Brooke reached out to me before I arrived to see if there was anything I needed. When I let her know I had vm token my leg skiing, she made sure I got a room close to the elevator. Brooke was great throughout my trip.
The hotel is centrally located for all the Austin activities. I will stay here again when in Austin.
Highly recommend. Beautiful views of the lake, well renovated and excellent service.
No need to eat out, the restaurant is great!
Will be back.
Great Hotel with a nice pool and access to activities like paddle boats, kayaks and scooters. Close to downtown and easy to get there by scooter.
Good location, friendly services, clean and modern room. Nice view of Austin downtown. Gym is small, but well stocked with towels and fruits. Swimming pool is small, there were too many kids around. Easy access to the riverside walk path.
Absolutely incredible experience. Stayed here as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and I after seeing the Austin Symphony. Quick and easy walk back to the hotel and it was beautifully setup with a gift, flowers, and complimentary wine. Would absolutely recommend.
This Hyatt is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at it. It checks all the boxes.
1) location overlooking Lady Bird Lake and the Congress Ave. Bridge. Scenic walking path and sunset bat viewing.
2) fabulous mattress and pillows (and I’m a bit of a pillow snob.)
3) luxurious breakfast buffet. My first reaction was that $35 was steep, but this wasn’t just any breakfast. It was an experience. Where else are you going to get self serve honey from a bee comb?
4) top notch customer service. We had brought a Roku remote to watch NBA playoffs but batteries didn’t work. Hyatt staff found two AAA batteries for us - no charge- even though we are Timberwolves fans and were cheering against the San Antonio Spurs.
So if you ever have a chance to stay at this hotel, take it.
Spent Mother's Day here, great experience ❤️ Will definitely be back. Room service breakfast is a must! And the pool is fabulous
