Very disappointed for it being a high class hotel.
Pros:

It is a beautiful hotel I liked the extra dining options in the hotel. The ice cream place was a hit! The staff were amazing!

Cons:

The beds sink in as you sit in it, the ac wasnt cool at all we had to ask for a fan, we were only left one toilet paper and no extra towels or linens, the handicap elevator for the pool was not working construction on elevators during our stay

Wonderful Stay at the Hyatt on the Riverwalk
Pros:

I loved how friendly the staff were and how clean the hotel was, plus the location was perfect! It was towards the middle of everything and just a 2 minute walk to the Alamo.

Cons:

We wished the pool was a bit bigger because it felt crowded with just 5 people in it.

It was nice, and very clean and love that it’s on the riverwalk

Cons:

Valet was horrible when we showed up Saturday, room didn’t get cold enough so was uncomfortable to sleep

The best stay ever!

Best Location!

Cons:

Nothing. All was great. Well, there was one thing, but not related to the hotel. Some cars that were loudly accelerating in the downtown, liking wanting to disturb the guests.
