Not as expected
Pros:

The location was great but I expected more from the hotel for what was paid. I guess they give customers a complimentary drink at check in which is great but you can't be selective to who you offer it to that service should get consistent across the board. Booked a river view which is not what I expected could have just booked a regular king and saved the difference.

Great stay!
Pros:

Great Location!!! Very centralized! Everything was of great quality-bed was amazing, bathroom was quite nice and room was large enough to accommodate at least 4 people. ( I had a king size bed and pull out sofa)

Please spend your money elsewhere!
Pros:

Management was very dismissive when they overbooked the hotel and we were forced to sleep on a sofa bed in a conference room. Your reservation for a king bed made months in advance does not matter to them. Hand soap in the bathroom is not a thing that they believe in. Housekeeping has no qualms about leaving used toilet brushes on your bathroom sink next to your drinking glass.
The riverwalk is beautiful, just stay at a better hotel to fully enjoy the experience!

A quick weekend gateway to San Antonio
Pros:

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend. It was one of the most fun experiences we’ve had! This gorgeous hotel is in the best location on the Riverwalk. It’s walking distance to almost everything that you would want to see in downtown San Antonio.

My friend had been going through some tough times after losing a loved one, that’s why I took her here for a weekend away. Ms. Whitney and Ms Carolina (at the front desk) took amazing care of us from the beginning to the end of our trip.

Both Ms. Whitney and Ms. Carolina were so sensitive to our situation. They made sure that our visit was perfect and that we didn’t have to ask for anything. They checked upon us constantly and made sure we were OK. It’s details like this that make a huge difference.

Not only is the hotel beautiful, but the rooms were spotless. We ate breakfast downstairs every morning, and it was absolutely delicious! We had such a great time supporting each other and just getting away from it all.

Thank you for a great experience and I can’t wait to come back.

staff is very helpful and professional, any time you needed assistant the staff was there to help / assist, and at the bar / restuarant staff would remember your by address you as Mr. or Ms. awesome

Excellent stay, great location! Parking isn't included which sucks but overall it was a really nice stay, the roof top swimming pool was awesome! Outside/INDOOR RESTAURANT by the Riverwalk you can't go wrong with $5 margaritas! LOVED THE LOCK BRIDGE!

Great service at catered lunch
Pros:

I attended a conference recently at the Hyatt Regency and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I want to shout out to D.J. on the catering/event staff, who went out of his way to double check that every item in my lunch was gluten-free, then hand-delivered it to me. 10/10 stars for D.J.
