Pros:

Location is close to broadway and restaurants .

Cons:

We weren’t provided at least a whole roll of toilet paper and the bathroom soaps weren’t new they were in labeled containers but looked a bit dirty and used . Also they need to let people know before check in they will be charged an extra $200 on you’re card for accidental insurance that will later be reimbursed because we were not told .

Located in a bad area. People coming in and out that didn’t have a code, people standing all around loud music, just not a family friendly place to stay.

You won’t regret staying here.
Pros:

The apartment was large and well laid out. I particularly liked the kitchen which had a full size fridge and oven. There was a laundry room too. The bed was extremely comfortable, 6 pillows and really great linens. I eventually found the hairdryer, and there was an iron and ironing board.

Cons:

There was no outdoor space. The weather was beautiful and I was surprised that there was no outdoor area. There is also not enough local information. I came from London and would have appreciated local knowledge like where the grocery store was or a great place for breakfast.

Convenient location, confusing systems.
Pros:

The location is excellent—set slightly away from Broadway while still within easy walking distance. The room is spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and functionality.

Cons:

Upon booking, the $40 parking fee was not clearly disclosed. Accessing the parking area requires scanning a QR code, which did not work in our case, so we had to call the phone number on the website to have the gate opened—an inconvenient extra step. After returning from dinner, our room key code did not work; however, customer service promptly provided a temporary code. Additionally, the shower pressure was quite weak. Luckily they have great staff.

A hidden gem in Nashville. Definitely worth your time to stay here.
Pros:

Really great location, the rooms were cozy and huge, and it felt like a hidden gem in Nashville. The staff were great and very friendly. For a pretty affordable hotel, this felt like I paid a lot more.

Cons:

At the time of the stay, it was still under construction, especially the lobby area, but that didn’t detract from the overall experience.
