A very comfortable and easy place to stay.
Pros:

The shuttle bus around Cambridge was a great addition!

Classy and comfortable stay
Pros:

Lovely room with comfortable bed and seating area with big TV. Access to balcony. Friendly reception and restaurant staff. Nice cafe in foyer. Nice panoramic views of river from balcony and restaurant. 15 min uber to downtown.

Cons:

Excessive parking fees (increased I suspect due to the World Cup).

Wonderful Family Experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Hyatt regency and eating in the Paperback Tavern. This was our first time traveling with our 7 month old baby. The staff, especially Rachid, Geraldine, and Huilin, could not have been more kind or welcoming. The food was all delicious with large portions. I would highly recommend this hotel for family travel.

前台帮我们办理入住的员工非常热情友善，客房清洁服务的工作人员也很好。酒店虽然有点旧，好在房间够大，下楼就是查尔斯河，沿着河岸可以到哈佛和MIT。

Cons:

浴室淋浴设施用起来不舒服，水也不够大。

Limpia la pieza y amplia.

Cons:

Solo existe la opción de estacionar ahí en el mismo hotel por un valor de USD $50. Decidimos no estacionar ahí por el alto costo, y caminar mucho para encontrar donde estacionar las noches que nos alojábamos ahí. Sin embargo, al hacer check out, nos habían cobrado igual todas las noches el costo del estacionamiento sin haberlo usado. Esto nos dio mucha rabia ya que casi ni nos dimos cuenta, por suerte pedí el recibo impreso y me percaté de este costo que habían hecho sin haber tomado este servicio a la tarjeta de crédito. Mucha rabia esta experiencia y fue un mal rato pedir la devolución y aclarar la situación. No recomiendo el hotel. No tiene desayuno y todo muy caro y lejos del centro de Boston.

Buen hotel, exagerado en precio
Pros:

Tú tienes $35 en el desayuno para escoger lo de la carta del buffet vale 26, el restaurante es delicioso. Las vistas son muy bonitas, la ubicación está bien. Para llegar a a Boston tienen un servicio de Shuttle que te deja directamente en el metro trabaja hasta las nueve.

Cuándo salí del hotel me llegó una factura de cosas que yo no había consumido y tuve que pagar $100 adicionales de de gratis básicamente. El personal tiene que ser más claro.

Too expensive for room that was there. Verandas have ugly high walls. bad. No views.

Rooms verandah dis not have river view and no flexibility by staff in-spite of paying very high price. Verandahs are good for nothing. Ugly high walls

Dinner
Pros:

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant during our stay and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it was a nice place to unwind after a long day. Eurus and Yiming Zhao were both friendly and attentive, checking in on us throughout the meal and making sure everything was just right. Their warm service made the experience even better. We'd definitely dine here again if we stay at the hotel in the future.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Great location, cool glass elevators with views, parking onsite including electric car chargers.
Valet staff Yassin was especially helpful and kind; he went above and beyond. True hospitality!

Great hotel, terrific location
Pros:

Love this hotel and it's my go to when I visit Boston. The Cambridge location is very convenient to a Boston visit particularly Back Bay.

If you like to walk, the walking trail on the river is right in front of the hotel. One of America's great walks.

One thing is there is no walk-in shower. Inconvenient for an older gentleman such as myself.

A great choice in Boston!
