Hotel di ottimo livello, moderno, curato e con spazi comuni molto belli. Camera confortevole e struttura dotata di una palestra davvero grande. Comodo anche il parcheggio, sebbene a pagamento. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto il rapporto qualità-prezzo: considerando il livello dell'hotel e la zona di Cambridge, 255 dollari per la notte ci è sembrato un prezzo decisamente ragionevole
La posizione è forse l'unico vero limite: l'hotel non è particolarmente vicino né alla metropolitana né al centro di Harvard, quindi per raggiungere Boston senza auto bisogna organizzarsi un po'. Il problema è comunque mitigato dal servizio navetta dell'hotel, che permette di raggiungere comodamente i principali collegamenti
The place is good.
Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the reimbursement of the amount they held on my debit card. I contacted them through Booking.com, but they have not responded yet.
Extremely disappointing customer service after checkout.
I stayed at Hyatt Regency Boston for a business trip and simply need an official receipt/folio for my stay so that I can complete my employer's reimbursement process.
I first tried to contact the hotel through booking.com chat, but no one replyed. I also contacted them through the provides from the booking.com, still no one reply. I have contacted the hotel requesting this document and followed up through the email I found from google, but I still have not received the receipt or a response to my emails. I find this unacceptable for a 4 star hotel that regularly serves business travelers.
I am not asking for any special treatment—only documentation for a stay that I paid for. The failure to provide a receipt, combined with the lack of response, has created unnecessary problems with my business travel reimbursement.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers who need reliable post-stay support and proper expense documentation.
I will update this review if the hotel eventually resolves the issue.

Ens van donar una habitacio 254 on no varem poder dormir hi havia una maquina enorme de soroll infernal just enganxada al balcó d extracció o motor que va fer impossible que poguessim dormir els 4 membres de la familia, al dia següent el meu fill teniu una fita important i va anar dormint dos hores i nosaltres no varem poder asistir per no haver dormit, el pare va haver de marxar a mitja nit a dormir al cotxe. Ha estat la pitjor experiencia de la nostra vida. Paguem un hotel per dormir. Es injust i despreciable que un hotel ens enganyi i ens doni una habitacio on no es pot dormir. El personal de l hotel la unica solucio va ser dornar nos taps per les oides perque no tenien habitacions addicionals. Però el soroll era junt amb una vibracio i ens permetia dormir, un fet totalment ilegal oferir habitacions a un preu i que no puguis dormir quan has de fer una audició al dia següent, hauria de ser ilegal fer aquest tipus de negoci aprofitant se d una familia que s esforça perque el seu fill accedeixi als seus estudis. Estem molt decebuts amb la situació viscuda.

The hotel is in a great location. There are people running and walking along the river in front of it. The room was spacious. The view from the upper floors is lovely. The staff were polite and helpful.
We had to leave our suitcases at the hotel for a while upon checking out, and they charged us for this without prior notice. In addition to the city tax, they charged a nightly "destination fee" of $25 plus $4 in tax. Also, although we were told the hotel shuttle was free, they charged my friend for it as well.

Beautiful views over the river, spacious clean and quiet rooms.
I wouldn’t recommend having breakfast there. Or dining altogether. Felt like paying restaurant prices for processed food, overloaded with sugar. Despite multiple messages and discussing it upon arrival with staff, I still couldn’t get a preferred room. Also, I would consider upgrading irons - could barely press my clothes and it was a business trip. Very dated and somewhat random design.
