Proximity to Harvard Square. Security features. Timely room cleaning. The fact that my room was ready before check in time. Outdoor terrace space.
I had food delivered to my room and overnight there were hundreds of ants that found the leftovers infesting my room. The room safe did not work. Lack of 24 hour food delivery from restaurant.
The location was perfect. The handicap accessible room was well thought out. Loved the bathtub seat. It worked well for my husband.
Was like a routine stay nothing exciting.
The smell was unpleasant, the carpet we all have allergies.
