It was my experience (staying 6/27/26 & 6/28/26) that the hotel left quite a bit to be desired and I'd hands-down stay somewhere else in the future. The entire hotel (lobby, hallways, and the room I stayed in) has a stale former cigar bar/bar full of smoke smell - some deep cleaning and serious carpet shampooing would go a long way! I found it odd that there wasn't a trash can in sight anywhere from valet to the lobby, to the front desk. I found it odd that when a loved one cut their finger late in the evening in our hotel room, there wasn't a first aid kit nor a single band-aid in sight. I additionally found the valet parking fee to be overly exorbitant along with a lack of decent parking options (given the lack of common courtesy amenities). An additional note is that I felt that the staff didn't seem to remotely enjoy their job nor the fact that the guests staying at the hotel were appreciated or welcomed.

The TV/music options need work and the old cigar/cigarette smell throughout needs to be addressed! The lack of napkins and/or paper towels was a comfort killer.

Food & drinks
A future requirement for all of my stays is free coffee for hotel guests in the lobby. I have stayed at hotels (plenty in NYC even) that had free coffee each AM in the lobby for guests. Such a simple thing that can go a long way! The hotel's lack of ice machines (none anywhere in the entire hotel) was disheartening as well.

I really appreciated how friendly the staff at the valet service was. Joel helped me with my car and I had no problems when I was checking out. Joel was very sweet and friendly, and a great energy late into the night when getting my car. Love the Hilton!
This is the first time staying at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. All the staff were great, especially a valet driver named Joel, he was very kind and made sure my car came back in one piece.✌🏻
Had a great stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was welcoming, and everything was well maintained. We loved how it was In the middle of downtown Fort Worth. The biggest highlight, though, was the valet service. Joel was incredibly friendly and professional every time we came and went. By the second day he remembered us, had the car ready quickly, and always greeted us with a smile. Small things like that really make a stay feel more personal. Thanks to Joel and the rest of the team for making our trip that much better. I'd definitely stay here again.
I can't tell you how positive everything has been in my most recent stay. All of it was great, but the one thing that really made my stay here extra special was the valet guy named Joel. He was extremely accommodating and very quick on the uptake from the second that I arrived. He has an awesome attitude, is super fast, and delivers amazing customer service, which is rare these days. He really made quite the impression. Five star rating and thanks to Joel for his great assistance.

This was a simply amazing experience from start to finish for me. The service was great, but what stood out for me during this trip was the valet parking attendant, Joel. This guy truly went above and beyond when I came to drop off my car. He was very professional and efficient, and it just took all the hassle out of coming here for me. It is hard nowadays to find people who are actually nice and willing to help their customers out like that. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this place.
Joel with valet made the experience effortless, I had trouble with the app and he patiently walked me through all of it and made personally made sure my vehicle was retrieved in a timely manner.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton! From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and professional. One of the highlights of my experience was the valet service. Joel, the young man who helped me with my car, was incredibly kind, helpful, and had a smile on his face the entire time.
