Loved the cafe- its was fast & so easy to self operate.
I loved the security factor! We as for an extra hour to check out- the front desk rekeyed our cards- did not know they would time out.
Housekeeping was very friendly.
Loved getting a text mid stay on how things were going- smart!
First day or two there was a smell in the front door lobby & elevator space. After sharing it in thr feedback text- it was gone. Thank you for a great stay!! We told everyone about it & plan to rebook for next year

I love the Hilton Fort Worth. Come here every year for a convention and they take great care of me. Tay is the absolute nicest, most helpful person. He remembered me from last year and greeted me like an old friend !

Aside from the history of this hotel which is a natural attraction…. the location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and comfy and the staff are friendly and always willing to help. Special mention to Meredith and the Hilton family values.
Definitely stay again if ever back in this area.

Very disappointed with the front desk staff. No thank you for being a member. Didn’t offer the Hilton honors complementary water. The only parking option is valet and it’s $69. They had no record of our vehicle when checking out. I will say if it wasn’t for the manager, the stay would have been a total disaster. He stepped up and stated it was unacceptable and took care of us. His customer service skills need to rub off on the staff.

It was my experience (staying 6/27/26 & 6/28/26) that the hotel left quite a bit to be desired and I'd hands-down stay somewhere else in the future. The entire hotel (lobby, hallways, and the room I stayed in) has a stale former cigar bar/bar full of smoke smell - some deep cleaning and serious carpet shampooing would go a long way! I found it odd that there wasn't a trash can in sight anywhere from valet to the lobby, to the front desk. I found it odd that when a loved one cut their finger late in the evening in our hotel room, there wasn't a first aid kit nor a single band-aid in sight. I additionally found the valet parking fee to be overly exorbitant along with a lack of decent parking options (given the lack of common courtesy amenities). An additional note is that I felt that the staff didn't seem to remotely enjoy their job nor the fact that the guests staying at the hotel were appreciated or welcomed.

Rooms
The TV/music options need work and the old cigar/cigarette smell throughout needs to be addressed! The lack of napkins and/or paper towels was a comfort killer.

Pretty dry well in terms of walkable bars/restaurants.

Felt safe. Not sure about my lungs though.

Food & drinks
A future requirement for all of my stays is free coffee for hotel guests in the lobby. I have stayed at hotels (plenty in NYC even) that had free coffee each AM in the lobby for guests. Such a simple thing that can go a long way! The hotel's lack of ice machines (none anywhere in the entire hotel) was disheartening as well.

I really appreciated how friendly the staff at the valet service was. Joel helped me with my car and I had no problems when I was checking out. Joel was very sweet and friendly, and a great energy late into the night when getting my car. Love the Hilton!

This is the first time staying at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. All the staff were great, especially a valet driver named Joel, he was very kind and made sure my car came back in one piece.✌🏻

Had a great stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was welcoming, and everything was well maintained. We loved how it was In the middle of downtown Fort Worth. The biggest highlight, though, was the valet service. Joel was incredibly friendly and professional every time we came and went. By the second day he remembered us, had the car ready quickly, and always greeted us with a smile. Small things like that really make a stay feel more personal. Thanks to Joel and the rest of the team for making our trip that much better. I'd definitely stay here again.
