My family and I enjoyed this hotel for two nights in July. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff stood out -- from check-in to check-out and everything in between. In addition to excellent customer service, we appreciated the quality of the food offerings in the bar and market cafe restaurant. Both service and food were better than I would expect at a convention-center property.
We stayed here for a meeting. The location is perfect to walk to many restaurants. No need for a car. The hotel was clean and had plenty of areas for our group to gather. Great overall experience!
The Hyatt Columbus was fantastic. Staff was nice and helpful and the room was beautiful. The hotel was attached to everything I needed and plenty of restaurants close by as well.
Upscale prices, but not worth it. The rooms are dimly lit and although self-parking is available, self-portage of luggage was not available. I don't mind tipping them, but waiting for them so I could check out was not tolerable. They were kind to allow me additional 30 minutes grace to check out.
Everything went smoothly from valet parking attendants to check in procress. I was in my room in a matter of half hour after arriving.
Hotel was nice clean and very quiet. It was very comfortable and in the center of downtown. There are many nice restuarants very close within walking distance
It was amazing clean the elevators were great food options good. Staff very helpful the valet was clutch. I am really looking forward to future stays.
Had a great experience at Hyatt Regency Columbus. The first night I was there early in the week I had serious issues with their food food service. I complained about it to management who very quickly took care of the problem and went above and beyond in doing so. Each nightthat restaurant had fantastic service and friendly staff. It was nice to sit such issues addressed with such immediacy. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly, something you would expect at a high-end resort with the treatment. Will definitely be back again
We visited this hotel specifically because it's within close walking distance of the Nationwide Arena. A couple of friends and I stayed here for one night to go to a concert and the room was so clean and had everything we needed! The hotel staff was very welcoming and provided clear info on the parking garage nearby as well as the amenities on the property. Would definitely come stay here again! Also, LOVE the later check-out time at noon:)
The staff was very friendly. The lobby and hallways of the hotel were clean. The Cafe and restaurant located inside the hotel were good.
They had to switch my room TWICE when I checked in due to a heavy cigarette smell. They young lady was very helpful, but that was a little frustrating. The iron in my room didnt work properly and spit out rust on my pants and the cord would not snap back into the iron. The mattress was NOT comfortable and when I pulled back the covers and pillows, there was a ball of hair. Honestly, the long hot shower was the best and only thing that room had to offer.
