The hotel was great, breakfast is extra. Staff was great!
Pros:

My room was nice and clean, the pillows were too soft for me, and the mattress as well.

Cons:

I was in rm 610. At the very end of the hall. I did not know the rooms did not offer a microwave. But a safe was available. I had to pay for the breakfast if I wanted any. With the price of the room, I would think that was included. The hotel bar ran out of liquor and only the higher price was available for drinks. That was not acceptable, what if I had no money for this. They also ran out of foods to order from the menu as the crowd was more than they were expecting. Great location, just would need to be better prepared.

I like the room the view of the city was awesome.location of the hotel was great was in walking distance of the things we wanted to do. Everyone was very helpful when I needed something. So thanks for a wonderful stay.

We stayed less than 24 hours, but it was really nice.
Pros:

The bed and pillow were super comfy, and we really enjoyed our view

The next morning, it was pretty loud in the hallway, but that was really the only complaint we had

Fantastic Stay
Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom was nice. They provide complimentary water, tea, and coffee in room. Also, I liked how there was multiple options for parking. You can stay in the parking garage right next to the hotel as well. Lastly, it is a very short walk to the Nationwide Arena. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff members were polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The property is walking distance from Nationwide Arena which we needed for this trip. It is a very large hotel and parking is not on site, but they did offer valet which we took advantage of for $48/ night.

Cons:

I do wish we could have had access to parking as waiting in line for Valet in a small round “drop off zone” is not ideal.

Pros:

The location to Nationwide arena and the arena district.
Really liked the motion lights on the beds near the floor. Helped with night time visits to the bathroom
