Didn't meet our expectations :(
Pros:

We booked the Hyatt for a dance competition stay in Columbus at the Convention center. While the hotel was nice, it was not catered toward children AT ALL. There is no pool, there are conflicting reports for this hotel online, some say pool, some say no pool. There is no agreement with any other neighbor hotel to use their pool either as we were told by guest services. The buffet breakfast was $24 per person and was less than sub par. I've had way better breakfast at hotels for free. The valet was horrendous. When retrieving our vehicle we watched people come and go and our car still wasn't there. When the 2 vehicles in our group were brought up the valet walked away and one of the people in our party was in a wheelchair. There was no offer of assistance at all. I've stayed at a lot of places and this wouldn't be at the top of my list when visiting Columbus again.

Full service hotel in downtown Columbus!
Pros:

Great location in the hub of downtown Columbus. Easy walking to restaurants, venues, and parks! The indoor connections to other hotels and convention center was great when we experienced a storm that kept us off the streets. Hotel is FULL service. Don’t expect to be too self servicing. However the bellman went above and beyond and made sure we were aware of local things to do and see. Valet staff was efficient and accommodating!!

Great Location
Pros:

4.5 stars. We were upgraded to an amazing, huge room on the 19th floor with incredible views of the sunrise. Bed was comfy, room was very quiet, staff was fantastic. My only complaint was that the room was comfortably temperatured but didn't get any cooler overnight despite turning the thermostat all the way down to 60, so I was uncomfortably warm while sleeping. Overall a great stay though!

Pros:

Great staff and location to all things in Columbus. Stayed for my sons graduation form OSU. Very convenient to Short North and University and Nationwide areas.
will stay again for sure.
