Family Friendly comfortable Hotel walking distance to attractions
Pros:

Hyatt Regency Long Beach is a family friendly hotel located near the conference center, Sea Port Village and the Long Beach Aquarium. We were warmly greeted at check-in and told of all the Resort Amenities. Our room was ready sooner than expected and had a beautiful view. The location was wonderful. Each day we took the walking bridge and walked to the Aquarium & Sea Port Village. Right across the street were the outlets, more restaurants and the movie theater. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We especially liked the Hyatt restaurant/bar/coffee stand/market. Everything was very convenient and made our stay even more comfortable. Our housekeeper was great! Every time we would go out in the morning, our room was made-up by the time we arrived back. The Comedy Club is right across the street & my husband really appreciated being told about it & the Hyatt Discount. Check-out was very positive, the front desk staff is excellent and the bellman/valet manager was very kind. The customer service at the Hyatt is excellent and we will return again.

The hotel served our purpose, it was close to where we went parasailing.
Pros:

Everything looked ok. We didn’t use the amenities as we stayed for only one night. However, our view was pretty, the lighted swan boats on the water. It was close to where we wanted to go.

Cons:

I didn’t care for the blaring white light in the backlit mirror. So very bright! And the sink is uncomfortably high. I don’t have young children, but wondered how a child could possibly use that sink.

Loved this hotel and highly recommend.
Pros:

Our room had a beautiful view of Queen Mary. The room was large with many outlets for chargers, etc. Would definitely stay there again!

Pros:

Nice location, great view, easy check in/out. Great staff! Jose from valet was very nice to us as we tried to figure out alternative parking that was more affordable! We were greeted very kindly by Scarlet at the front desk when we checked in and Anna when we checked out. Both very kind and helpful! :)
