Park Hyatt Chicago

Front desk staff was very helpful and willing to put in extra effort to accomodate us staying another night with a nearly full hotel. The location is really good and facilities top notch. We like this place better than the Four Seasons.

This is my favorite hotel in Chicago. The location is great, close to the Magnificent Mile. The public spaces are modern and beautiful. My room was large, very well appointed, and had many outlets and a strong wifi signal. The bathroom was very large. Service is absolutely first rate too.

I will very happily return in the near future.

Beautiful hotel with a great location!

Park Hyatt was simply amazing! Had a room on the 17th floor and noise was not an issue at all! you could faintly hear sirens, but it wasnt frequent and as someone who is often bothered/sensitive to noise I had no issue. The room itself was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We had a Lakeview room and the view was so beautiful. I didn't try the restaurant while there, but did try the fitness center/pool, loved both. Staff was very welcoming and warm. I will definitely be back whenever I visit Chicago again.
One important thing to note, if you have a connecting room you can definitely hear if someone is in there. I might have been lucky as I don't believe there was someone in the connecting room my full stay (only heard tv when we first checked in to the room) but we could hear the cleaning staff very clearly when they were in there.
Id recommend booking through Hyatts website as that will tell you if its specifically a connecting room or not, where as third party it doesnt say if the specific room is connecting and not all rooms are connecting rooms.
Also while this didn't affect me, I will add that there is no mini fridge, just a mini bar so keep that in mind if that is something you need.

Truly sensational hotel. We stayed in a one BR suite, with a beautiful view of Michigan Ave and Lake Michigan. What a way to wake up every morning. The room is beautiful and stunningly decorated. Service was spectacular and attentive and friendly. Very nice pool for swimming or for children to play in. Loved daily breakfast at NoMi, tried something different every morning. The location is in a prime location on N Michigan Ave, and gives the true feeling that you are in Chicago when you visit. I would absolutely return, and this hotel is well deserving of its reputation as one of the best hotels in Chicago.

Stayed here for 20th wedding anniversary for a staycation. Excellent location and staff. Awesome hotel gym! Beautiful views. If I'm staying downtown, this will be my hotel of choice

I recently attended a conference with an overnight stay at the Park Hyatt, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was immaculate, with every corner spotless and clearly well maintained. I was particularly impressed with the modern technology in the room as everything from the smart lighting to the multimedia connections made the stay both convenient and comfortable.

In addition to the exceptional room, the overall hotel experience was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to assist with any requests, making me feel valued as a guest. This attention to detail, combined with the hotel’s elegant environment, made my overnight conference stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend the Park Hyatt for its cleanliness, amenities, and outstanding service.

Beautiful hotel, staff was great and so close to Michigan Ave & most of the tourist activities. I would definitely stay here again. The suite we had was stunning.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Park Hyatt Chicago and would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect spot to explore Chicag from. It is in the heart of Michigan Avenue with walking access to great food and shopping. The rooms are clean, updated and have all of the amenities. Staff is so friendly and attentive.

Outstanding hotel. Very expensive. Maybe worth it for special occasions. The NOMI restaurant and bar are a must visit. The eggs Benedict are the best I have ever had!

Park Hyatt sets the standard high! From the valet service, front desk, room service team member's, gym, spa, breakfast, all was outstanding! Not just a hotel stay but an experience!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Chicago, and once again Hyatt reminded us why we continue to be loyal guests year after year.

We are not wealthy travelers. I’m a police sergeant and my wife is a registered nurse. We simply use our Hyatt credit card for nearly everything, earn our points, and work hard each year to maintain Globalist status. The rewards, however, are absolutely incredible.

This stay was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, our room was beautiful, and the staff was exceptional. Every employee we encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in making our stay memorable.

One of the greatest benefits of Globalist status is the complimentary breakfast. During this stay, breakfast for my wife and me would have cost approximately $127, yet it was included. Valet parking, which would have been around $80, was also complimentary. These benefits add tremendous value and make luxury travel attainable for ordinary working families like ours.

Another thing we love about Hyatt is that when they say “free,” they actually mean free. When redeeming points or using award nights, Hyatt does not charge resort fees. As Globalists, we also receive complimentary parking on award stays. There are no surprise charges or hidden fees that diminish the value of your rewards. That level of transparency and generosity is becoming increasingly rare in the hotel industry.

We travel frequently and have stayed at numerous Hyatt properties across the country. In fact, just last month we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne in Miami to try something different. It was a very nice hotel, but in our opinion it still did not match the overall experience, service, and value we consistently receive at Park Hyatt properties.

Our annual Category 1–7 free night certificate and the additional Category 1–4 free nights we earn throughout the year provide opportunities we otherwise would never enjoy. Hyatt has created a loyalty program that truly rewards its most loyal guests.

The Park Hyatt Chicago exemplifies everything we love about the Hyatt brand: beautiful accommodations, outstanding service, exceptional cleanliness, and benefits that actually make a difference. For working professionals like us, Hyatt allows us to enjoy experiences that would otherwise be out of reach, and we are grateful for that.

Great experience with my kids for a one night stay. We had to wait beyond check in time for a room, but it was worth the wait. Stunning views, wonderful service, and an overall great stay in a fun location.

Only con for our family was the pool was a bit chilly for kids to play for long and the hot tub is only for 4 people. Still it's indoors and has nice city views.

Outstanding location off the Mag Mile in Chicago. Wonderful facilities and restaurants. NoMi Garden is an outdoor summer treat. Attentive hotel staff who cater to the needs of avid travelers.
