Outstanding location off the Mag Mile in Chicago. Wonderful facilities and restaurants. NoMi Garden is an outdoor summer treat. Attentive hotel staff who cater to the needs of avid travelers.

Location was great.

The location is excellent, with many major attractions nearby. The hotel is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Although the room was not especially spacious, it had great lighting, beautiful decor, and an amazing city view. The pool featured three lanes and was not crowded during our visit; my kids especially enjoyed the floating balls and tubes. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a wide variety of options. We also appreciated the extended hours. We had a very comfortable stay and would gladly return again.

Exceptional hotel. There is excellence everywhere you look: the design, the staff, the location... the list goes on. The average guest may not be able to fully appreciate the value provided by this hotel given it's price point - but the discerning individual will not have to look hard to find all of the ways that the Park Hyatt Chicago puts other hotels in the area to shame.

Convenient location with terrific staff - very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and amenities were very nice! Accommodated a late checkout which was hugely helpful. I will return.

We stayed here for two nights for a family wedding, and we had a superb stay from start to end. The lobby is gorgeous without being overwhelming, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We needed ice packs at some point during our stay, and an employee brought us several packs without problem. Our room was super comfortable, with an amazingly soft bed and a giant bathtub that we put to good use. I loved the window seat with a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan. The room was cleaned every day (which we don't see anymore due to COVID), and the hotel is centrally located by Michigan Ave. This hotel truly lives up to the luxury hotel label.

Park Hyatt Chicago is the epitome of luxury and hospitality. From the moment you arrive to when you leave every employee goes out of their way to be kind and helpful. The rooms and views are beautiful and the location is perfect for getting around anywhere wether walking, rideshare/taxi or public transport, there’s so much to do and never want to leave!

Excellent location and service was awesome. First time in Chicago for my birthday and they made it special for me. I fell in love with my breakfast and gluten free options. Definitely recommend.

I have no words about the Park Hyatt. From the suite to the views and customer service, they made my stay for my sisters surprise 30th beyond amazing. The suite I booked had a huge terrace over looking the skyline. It was beyond gorgeous. Anything I needed the front desk and room service made sure I received it. Also the bell men are amazing!! The location is right off of Michigan next to the Ralph Lauren cafe which is right in the heart of the loop and mag mile. I couldn’t recommend enough!!

Had a brief two night stay at the Park Hyatt Chicago and wish I had more time there. The suite i was in felt like an oasis, true getaway even though i was visiting on business. The rooms feel like home. Staff overall have been super accomdating and helpful. I look forward to my stay again. Definitely book the Lake Michigan Suite.

The staff at the Park Hyatt is exceptional. Check out Champagne Row in the lobby of the Park Hyatt. LaRon is there on Thursdays and Fridays between 3-8 PM. Also love the bar on the 7th floor. Great service.

I truly enjoyed my first stay at the Park Hyatt Chicago, especially after hearing such great things about the property. The location is excellent—convenient and central to everything I needed during my visit. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the overall upkeep reflects a strong attention to detail. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully curated.

As a World of Hyatt Globalist, my elite benefits were recognized and appreciated. I received late checkout, and the complimentary breakfast at NoMI Kitchen was excellent and a standout part of the experience.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would absolutely consider returning in the future.

Great place to stay in Chicago. Close to Miracle Mile and one of the best breakfast at Nomi restaurant. Our room was great with a good view.

The BEST hotel in Chicago for travelling with littles - the entire staff is ready and happy to interact and accommodate kiddos. We stayed because of the close proximity to the American Girl Doll store - but cannot wait to go back and visit again. The dinner menu at NoMI was delicious and the kids menu was perfect. My kids loved the bench seat overlooking the city. A very relaxing stay with a fantastic view of the city and the water.

Just a beautiful hotel in the center of everything in Near North Side. The door people and front desk were all exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. The rooms were stunning as well: an actual luxury experience.

Out of all the Park Hyatt’s in the states, this hotel has been the best. Location aside (which is situated perfectly with a view of Lake Michigan), the service and atmosphere over deliver. From our welcome as Globalist to room service. Porter service, valet- you name it. All over the top. The hotel and its staff has single handedly increased the amount of trips we take to Chicago. I can’t wait to return.

The Park Hyatt is one of my favorite hotels in Chicago. It is luxurious and has many amenities, including an excellent fitness center and restaurant/bar area. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable, and fit the modern Japanese aesthetic that Park Hyatts generally have. Most important, the rooms are cozy and inviting. The location by the Water Tower on Michigan is perfect for visiting the CBD or tourist sites. I really recommend this hotel for business or personal stays.
