Big room, easy location, check in staff lovely

Terry Mandley in security is the best! He helped me with an issue outside of his responsibilities, and I appreciate it!

I was charged for my breakfast that was supposed to be free with my reservation. Also when asked about the parking fee I was given misleading information which lead to me paying an extra 50.00. I called about it and had to speak to 3 different people before someone tried to help. I still haven’t heard back from no one.

The hotel is nice but good gosh the noise from the music from fourth street live is absurd. It was 10 PM, I was in the shower, with a sound machine on full blast for my kids, and I could still hear the music. There was NO sleep for us. We chose this hotel because it was supposed to be easy to walk to places. Had I known a rave would be happening outside my window, I would have stayed elsewhere

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a GotPhoto week long conference. The room was spacious and clean, the food was local and on point and the location was perfect for after hours tourist walks.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Hotel staff and housekeeping were most helpful. We love that we can walk to just about anything we are interested in at this location.

Amazing hotel and in the PRIME location!! Close to the airport and 4th street activities and food. The staff was so friendly and the hotel was very clean. We were staying there because of a conference and the hotel was the perfect place for this conference.

Terry M. Head of Security is an incredible asset to this hotel. Not only was he kind, chivalrous and funny but he went above and beyond to help me locate a missing package. I am so appreciative for his assistance. The world needs more men like this! Thank you, Terry!

We used the Hyatt Regency valet parking for a concert with the app SpotHero and it was so easy and smooth! Lamonica was so helpful and beyond kind!! I would highly recommend!!

Loved Hyatt Regency Louisville. This hotel is in an awesome location, right in the heart of downtown Louisville. Walking distance to everything in downtown Louisville and Whiskey Row, and a short drive to Churchill Downs. The hotel rooms were beautiful, spacious, and quiet. The hotel staff were all so helpful and kind. The hotel restaurant is really nice, food was great. Highly recommend this hotel. To anyone visiting Louisville.

The Hyatt Regency is an excellent place to stay in the heart of Louisville. I was there on business and loved its proximity to the Ohio River, historical sites, restaurants, museums, and more. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. I loved the clean floors (no wall-to-wall rugs) and comfortable king bed, large bathroom, and gorgeous view of the city. My room also had a nice couch, chair, and desk... nice for both work and vacation. Kids will probably love the glass elevators and pool. They also have an exercise room, a nice lobby, places to sit outside, and a wonderful restaurant called Sway with great, reasonably-priced food and a fabulous staff. You can't go wrong.

Stopped in to get some Starbucks and had a wonderful experience with the head of security at the Hyatt. He made us feel safe and welcomed into the big city!!
