Some good, some not so good
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Happy to let me check in early to an available room. A really good strategy to keep your customers happy. I had a really long flight and the thought of hanging around for 2+ hours until the "official" check in time was a depressing thought. Being flexible is a big plus for any hotel.

Cons:

My room had a very bad wi-fi connection. Couldn't play any videos at all. It also appeared that the only movie options available were pay to play.
The bad wi-fi connection is the reason my score is not higher. In the world we live in being connected is essential.

Under construction , water off with no warning , bad stay.
Cons:

Horribly managed. the water was off at the property all day long and was not disclosed to the guests. this should be very clear to guests when booking a stay that they won’t even be able to shower in the room for $280 a night. Horrible.

The result of bad weather and flight cancelations
Pros:

Spacious rooms, fast elevators, good layout. The check in desk was busy but did not take too long.

Cons:

When I checked in, I shared a travel voucher number from United Air for a flight that was cancelled. I was told to present this voucher number when I check out of the hotel. The next morning, I went to the front desk to check out. I presented the voucher number and was told that the hotel would not honor the voucher discount (10%) and the voucher number was supposed to be presented on-line when I made the reservation. I made the reservation on-line before I received the travel voucher from United, so there was no way for me to present it when I made the reservation. The hotel front desk clerk was neither friendly nor helpful. She did state the policy of the hotel not to apply discounts after the reservation was made which did nothing to help me.

The next time that I get stuck in a location due to airline cancelations, I'll choose a different hotel.

The bathroom in my room was very outdated and in need of an update.

A good place to stay and would come again!
Pros:

Room was roomy and in good condition. The breakfast was great. Close proximity to airport a great benefit. Also, a shopping mall in the walking distance a bonus. The gym very good!
