Good location hotel
Pros:

Location was great as you can walk the river promenade, so was the young lady (Jain?) at the reception.
There seems to be a lot of useful stuff like a scale for suitcases, airline ticket printed.
Fortunately a hotel employee got the great idea to accompany people through service elevators as the hotel was packed and there was a long line for elevators.

Cons:

Impossible to get a seat at the bar. When I could, I had to wait at least 30 minutes to get the waiter attention although I was at the bar directly! Top shelf margarita at $21 was all sugar and disgusting (could not drink it). Ordered a naan and humid and after 40 minutes waiting for it, I left…
Waiter was not really a joy a deal with… some people need to change jobs.

Cleaning in the bedroom could be more thorough. There were some smudges on the desk from other people that weren’t cleaned.

I would stay here again
Pros:

I loved that my room was ready, clean, and had fulfilled my pillow request. Everyone I was traveling with slept so well.

Cons:

There was a long wait at the elevators. I know it's expected with the holiday and timing. I really appreciate that the response to alleviate the inconvenience was to have an employee loading the elevators.

My initial stay was better. I will not visit during really busy times, like holidays.
Pros:

Access to amenities

Cons:

I was not on the floor with family as requested a month ago. Hotel tried to make accommodations that I has already paid for, $25 dining and breakfast. We requested parking accommodation and they offered room credit.

Great location!
Pros:

The location & the staff was great!

Cons:

Shower was only warm, not hot. A lot of noise from the room above, ie kids and moving furniture around at night.

A beautiful, trendy, peaceful, mindblowing hotel stay.
Pros:

The property and rooms are extremely clean, it has a lot of amenities, it's beautiful and the views of the water are exceptional.
