The city view was nice but would choose another hotel in the same area, the price didn’t fit the hotel to me

Sleepless Chicago
Pros:

The breakfast was incredible and the staff attentive. The room was clean and spacious. It is a big hotel but we didn't feel unattended in any moment. Tge location is also pretty good and within walking distance to the Bean and other touristic places.

Cons:

It was imposible to sleep at night because of the nonstop noise from the hallway and other rooms. We were in the 23rd floor so the noise didn't come from outside the hotel. The insulation was pretty bad.

Pros:

Понравилось местоположение. На ресепшене выдают бутылочки с водой.

Cons:

При заезде не очень дружелюбно нас встретили. Какая-то грубая администратор. Мы заезжали ночью и в холле никого не было.
Отдельная статья- это про персонал уборки. Работала на нашем этаже женщина китаянка, которая не знает английского. Она даже не понимала определение часов. Мы ей пытались объяснить, чтобы она зашла в номер через час (это 13:00), но она даже этого не понимала. Пришлось писать ей цифрами на бумажке. Мы проживали в отеле 9 дней, из которых вытерли пол в номере всего 2 раза. Объясняю. У них в отеле нет ежедневной уборки номеров. Там только выносят мусор и меняют полотенце. Я заранее обратилась на ресепшен с просьбой на следующий день убрать номер (включая мокрую уборку Пола), но никто ничего не убрал. В результате , всего 2 раза нам вытирали пол. Также в душе находится очень неудобная полка для мыла, через которую все падает.

Would recommend this prope to others and if we get back to Chicago , would stay here again.
Pros:

Location. We walked almost everywhere we visited during our stay. Room was on the 18th floor and quiet, great view of the city.

Cons:

The $25/day room credit could only be used for such a short time frame each day.

Discreta no llegué a cubrir mis expectativas

Las personas del check in que consulté un par de veces no fueron lo suficientemente empáticas ante mis necesidades. El último día debido a que el inicio del servicio de desayuno era a las 6 y yo me iba 5:30 solicité si no podia tener algo para desayunar a esa hora (take away) o si me cancelaban el importe de desayuno de mi factura y sin darme explicación y alternativa solo me dijeron, tiene el desayuno a partir de las 6.
