Great location, amazing staff.
Pros:

We loved the room except for the mattresses, which were way too soft and need replacement. It was expensive considering--$700 a night with all the fees.

The location was good. Walking distance to many restaurants and to attractions.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was not clean at all, shower had hair from previous people who stayed, the sink in the bathroom and shower has plumbing issues where water takes a while to go down. The lighting is bad! Only small lamps around the room.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 22. Stock mit Blick auf den Chicago River Pier. Das Zimmer war geräumig, die Ausstattung ein wenig veraltet aber insgesamt ansprechend. Wir hatten ein Upgrade mit Zugang zur Lounge, wo man neben einer tollen Aussicht auch Häppchen und Soft-Drinks genießen kann. Das Frühstück ist lecker und bietet eine große Auswahl.

Nice, but annoyed with the destination charges.
Pros:

Good location for entertainment.

Cons:

You were automatically charged a destination fee of $35 per day. In return you get $30 credits per day towards in hotel purchases at one of their bars or restaurants. My issue is you can only use the credits after 5 PM. I Checked in Friday evening at 10 PM and was charged $35 that day and never was able to use the credit of $30. I was able to use Saturday’s credit in the evening after 5 for 1 beer and 1 mixed drink (way over priced). I checked out early Sunday morning and basically gave them $35 from Friday because I wasn’t going to be there Sunday at 5 pm to use the credit. I asked if I could get a refund and was denied. I asked why the charge is even put on there. They said that’s just how it is. A $35 destination charge per day should be optional not mandatory.
