We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Downtown. Each employee we interacted with provided excellent & friendly service…the front desk at check-in, our waiter at breakfast, and CJ at valet upon departure. We really enjoyed this quick trip away and plan to return!
We came for the parade and checked in under the pride code, and when we arrive, no one let us know that all of the events that was marketed for the hotel were canceled, and even after the parade, there was nowhere for us to sit in Congregate, we went to the pool and we were overwhelmed with the large presence of large roaches, running all over everywhere around the pool and on anything That you sit down on the ground

As usual, Mr. Adrian (front desk) always takes care of my family, friends and me. I was so happy to be able to finally meet him face-to-face for the first time!
Also, Mr. Felix / Gregory at the restaurant took amazing care of my daughter and her friends’ breakfast. They had gone to a concert the night before and woke up very close to 10 o’clock when the breakfast shuts down. He was able to put together some boxes of food for their breakfast. That was very thoughtful and we appreciate it very much!
Also Ms. Zaira Koontz made sure that our room made the most of my Globalist benefits. She was very kind and generous.
We will be back in a few weeks and we can’t wait to return.
