The location is already horrible because it’s in Downtown. On top of that $71 dollars for you to park next to an already overpriced room is beyond ridiculous! The pool closes early and so does everything else in there so don’t expect to use the amenities. Check in is at 4 so you have 3-4 hours to rush and use everything before it’s closed. My room had dirty linen and smelled used so I know they didn’t wash it. Breakfast is $30 per person!. The list goes on and on. Horrible experience
C était propre
L emplacement, rien autour pour du loisir, parking à payer en plus 70 dollars par nuit
Déco très froide
Great Hotel, close to everything in downtown
It was very cleaned and cozy.
I love it, will be back
Clean and nice staff
To expensive
Had a great stay at the hotel everything was clean and the staff was absolutely amazing with their hospitality. Specifically Estuardo was so helpful upon arrival, recos and how to get to my meetings and where to go after work. Went above and beyond and very sweet
The staff were amazing. So helpful.
Nothing
Terrific service and responsiveness from entire staff, including Estuardo who assisted with directions and loading. Well done!
Very basic media for a downtown city hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable and so is the bedding. The AC worked. The room was dark so you could sleep. Other than that, there’s nothing special about this hotel. The staff was friendly and check-in and checkout was easy. Was there for a conference and the room was bitterly cold. It was 70° outside the hotel and not 90. I don’t understand why you would make something 62° because that’s what it felt like. And I tend to be always hot. I had on a wool sweater for Chicago weather that I normally wear during the winter. The food at the conference hotel was rather good and better than expected. If I was paying for this, I wouldn’t stay there. But my work cover the expenses.
CJ from valet was great. He was a gentleman and very helpful.
CJ was amazing at valet and made our experience stress free!! Thank you so much
