Localização excelente. Quartos arrumados e roupa de cama cheirosa.

Cons:

Tive alguns problemas com banheiro do quarto e com o café da manhã. Após registro desses pontos no check out, a gerente do hotel entrou em contato e informou que já sinalizou à equipe para melhoria dos pontos questionados e mostrou disposição e atenção para resolver.

Pros:

A localização é muito boa, próximo à praia e em um bairro bom. Os quartos são bem limpos e cheirosos.

Cons:

Tive alguns problemas com banheiro e com o café da manhã.
Em relação ao café da manhã, registrei no check-out que precisava melhorar a reposição dos itens e a qualidade de alguns pontos. Poucas horas depois, a gerente do hotel entrou em contato e informou que já sinalizou à equipe para melhoria dos pontos questionados e mostrou disposição e atenção para resolver.

Muy lindo hotel
Pros:

Muy lindo hotel, tal cual las fotografías. Desayuno muy bueno y completo. La ubicación céntrica y a 5 cuadras de la playa.

Cons:

Que quisimos desde el primer día reservar el check out late y no pudimos hasta el mismo día que nos teníamos que ir.
