Pros:

Excellent location right in front of Metro station, staff took care of no option to run into homeless people on the way to Metro (that was common issue for our other place of stay in LA downtown). Excellent staff that dealed with my emergency state mood and mileading reservation very well.

Cons:

Nice deck that seemed like a pool in the pictures. In spite of deck being very nice the lack of pool was disappointment.

Greatest staff in LA
Pros:

Easily one of my favorite hotels in LA. The rooms and amenities are great, and the gym is excellent with some really good views to top it off. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Taylor and Roberto consistently go above and beyond—every visit they’re welcoming, attentive, and genuinely make every visit more enjoyable. That level of service is rare, and it’s the reason we keep coming back.

Superb service, superb location, superb room!
Pros:

LA was the last leg of our journey and we were to spend 3nights. We arrived early for check in, but the rooms were not ready. The super friendly front desk manager had our 4 huge luggages taken care of, while we went out to get our lunch. When we came back for check in at the informed time, the rooms still was not ready and we were given an upgrade to a suite! More room space! More comfortable last leg!
Only issue we had is the shower in bath-tub. Other than that, everything is excellent!

Excellent location too! Metro is just around the corner with many restaurants cafes. Easy access to USS, to Hollywood Walk of Fame, to Chinatown and many other parts!

Personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Communicatie via de mail. Kamer voor 3 personen geboekt. Voor aankomst nog een keer verzoek ingediend voor extra bed . Geen gehoor. Bij aankomst krijgen we een kamer met tweepersoons bed. Receptie moeten bellen voor een extra bed , die werd toen geplaatst . Kamer werd krap.
Daarna je betaalt volledig het bedrag inclusief tax. Aan het eind wordt de tax weer verrekend met je borg. Vervolgens probeer je contact op te nemen via mail. Geen reactie.

Great location
Pros:

Hotel is beautiful and well taken care of. Location is perfect, easy to walk to a lot of local attractions, restaurants and public transportation. Very safe and clean. We choose this location because we have friends that live near by and we went to visit them in LA. Be aware that parking is very expensive, $60 per night. They called it valet parking but basically you still have to go and get the car. Not worth the money

Great location DTLA
Pros:

The experience at the Sheraton is always enjoyable.
During this visit, however, it was a bit disappointing that the Wi-Fi and the elevator key were not working, which caused some inconvenience. Nevertheless, I look forward to my next visit.

I would stay here again
Pros:

The ambience ..the staff..and the rooms. All outstanding. The location is ideal. The staff was so very helpful and friendly…and the room was large..nicely appointed and very comfortable!
