Pros:

Nothing because I’m waiting for a 100$ refund

Cons:

We were booked for a room with a balcony and didn’t get a room with a balcony and we still haven’t been refunded the 100$ difference for the room.

The design of the whole building was amazing, the room was very modern ,and I would definitely stay there again.

I got a bay view room and there was a wall blocking half the view but it was still a nice room.

It was good but did not reach out expectations.

Cons:

Service takes time (Vallet, luggage assistance, front desk, phone service) There was a fire alarm during our stay which we took the stairs carrying our baby from 18th floor down to the street and it turned out to be a false alarm! Poor communication and we were not able to utlizied our regency upgrade. Cost is too expensive

Pros:

Hotel Facility condition and Staff Services were as expected for the Hyatt Line of Hotels. The food services at this location was either not available or provided a less than desirable experience. Room service during our stay was NOT available....UNSAT!

Cons:

Poor access. The carpets block baggage wheels to roll freely.
I reserved for 3 people but somehow they only prepared the room for 2. I expected the sofa to be usable and have blankets for it but here were none.
