Decent. Won’t eat there
Pros:

It was really nice and the people were nice

Cons:

The restaurant in the lobby was terrible. Took my family to eat. Waaaay over priced. And the food was not even good. I complained and they tried to make it right by giving me something free. And I didn’t eat that either. Oh and the air conditioner in the room was terrible. Hardly worked. Slept over the blanket

Great location
Pros:

Valet and front desk were extremely polite and helpful. The only complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable and I would suggest bringing your own pillow. Other than that the hotel was very clean and the location was perfect. Short walk to both sports venues and tons of restaurants.

A very nice stay in Cincinnati
Pros:

I enjoyed the room on the 14th floor and enjoyed to views, temperature, noise level and the customer service. This was a nice stay for me even thought it was short. The Hotel is downtown and applicable to many restaurants, bars, clubs, events, and a variety of activities. Nothing was out of the ordinary that made my stay have any adverse, negative, or even neutral actions. All was positive and enjoyable.

Great Stay
Pros:

I was there for a business trip, just 1 night stay. Great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean spacious room and comfortable beds. What more can you ask for on a business trip. I was hungry around 11pm, walked down to the cafe in the lobby (24 hours) they made me a fresh hot BLT sandwich! Definitely recommend

VERY WORTH IT!
Pros:

Our experience at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati was amazing. The room was clean and very comfortable. The room was also spacious. We were treated to snacks upon arrival, which were greatly appreciated.
However, what made our stay spectacular was how we were treated at the front desk. Shayne Whitt was awesome! She was kind, respectful, and strategically took care of business. I personally think that this hotel should be ranked higher than the category associated with it.

Very nice and clean hotel but front desk staff is rude and unprofessional.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and very nice, the room was very nice as well with a very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Most of the staff were very nice and helpful with the exception of the lady working the front desk, I wanted to extend my stay for 2 extra nights but she was very rude to me when I asked and refused to help me said i would have to do it myself online so I ended up checking out and going to stay at a different hotel nearby.

Wedding Weekend Stay
Pros:

Great downtown Cincinnati location. Beautiful park across the street. Walkable to all the events for our nephew's wedding. Good service, big rooms and large lobby with many seating pockets/ gathering places. Would definitely stay again.
