Pros:

WHen checking in I had 5 rooms booked for family, they all had issues checking in.
There was one lady that was just plain rude, was not going to do anything at all to help.
Another lady of oriental race stepped in and got everything taken care of very easy. Do not know why the first lady had issues.

Cons:

The hotel is dated. We have stayed here several times and it does not a new update.Carts have ran across walls.
Rooms are the same as 10 years agao.
