Awesome stay
Pros:

Super Hotel

Clean, nice and roomy double hotel room.
Pros:

The bell desk Geof was very helpful and informative. The rooms were clean and well kept.

Cons:

Requested for an early check in and we didn't get a room till after 3pm. The front desk clerk said we could get a room now but needed to pay an "additional charge" for a king bed room.

Great Downtown Hotel in Vancouver
Pros:

Very nice hotel located in downtown Vancouver across the street from the Anglican Cathedral. Overall service was great. Food quality much better than the average hotel food. Breakfast was exceptional. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. We were located on the 5th floor above the fitness center so we did get occasional noise from the treadmills. Suggest a higher location if possible.

A refined stay in Downtown Vancouver
Pros:

Great location. Ease of taxi access (right at front door), and close to two Skytrain stations for easy cheap airport transit. Food was very good, service was excellent. My room was bright, clean, and modern. The desk wasn't perfectly suited for laptop work (too high), but that is the only minor issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Pretty good but not worth the cost
Pros:

Rooms are nice. Shower was nice. Some peeling wall paper in bathroom. Most basic amenities. Hair spray, deodorant etc should be available to purchase if needed. Water was $4 a can - crazy! Skip room service. The food was pretty blah considering the price. They add a gratuity and a delivery charge and then ask for an additional tip. Staff were friendly but food was pretty dull.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Excellent service all around. Rooms were nice, great location. No complaints at all and I can be a little picky at times. They went above and beyond when I ended up dealing with a medical situation with my mother on the last day.
