Excellent location & facilities. We had an interconnecting room which worked well. It was spacious & had the most comfortable beds ever.

The location was great for exploring downtown. Nice views from room. The room and bed were comfortable. I didn't get to use many facilities but heard great things.

I picked the perfect hotel for my stay.

Is good old fashion customer service.
Pros:

Clean and comfy , centre of everything

Cons:

Is like I just travelled back in time …….. These kind of building and furnishings…… the breakfast is bare bones basic . You don’t even have a toaster for the larger items you serve e.g. bagels. And at these room prices , I don’t think Hyatt regency knows their international customer base.

Eine sehr gute Adresse für einen Aufenthalt in Vancouver.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist herausragend gewesen.
Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hätten gerne die Fenster zum Lüften geöffnet. Das war leider nicht möglich.

Excellent room, service and location for families
Pros:

The staff and overall experience we received was excellent, as well as the customer service. The room with a balcony offered amazing views of Burrard street and the city and the location was fantastic for eating locally, shopping at malls and nearby Robson Street, or a brisk walk down to Canada Place and the waterfront walk or nearby Stanley Park. Transport connections are excellent and we used the Burrard Street station next door on several ocassions. The room itself offered everything you could need as well as a coffee machine with decent coffee and a plush king sized bed. The on site restaurant (Grain) offered hearty, quality meals and a good variety of local draught and spirits. The heated pool on the 4th floor is accompanied by a sauna and hot tub which are fantastic to enjoy in the evening. Ivan was a particularly attentive concierge and deserves a mention for outstanding help and advice on local services and all round customer service, we will return and share our experience with friends and family.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend wie jedesmal.
Da wir anschließend eine Kreuzfahrt machten war die Lage optimal.

Cons:

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.
