We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver prior to our Alaskan cruise, and it was the perfect way to start our trip. The location was very convenient to grab a ride to the port in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!
Even though they were very busy with FIFA in town, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Patrick, the GM, made sure we were spoiled as Globalists celebrating our 35th Anniversary. We had a fantastic room with a great view, and we arrived to our room with a special treat of chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us!
Also, the lounge had just re-opened, and it was wonderful to have access to that during our short stay.
Wonderful service, a great location, and a memorable start to our Alaska vacation. We'll definitely be back!
Stayed 5 nights in this hotel. Attending a conference and for leisure as well . Location hard to beat , walkable distance to many points of interest most specially to shopping bonanza Robson St and Pacific Center on the opposite . Connected to the hotel is a midget mall which has a Tim Horton, McDonalds and Rexall pharmacy . Lobby looks luxurious, and has a World Cup themed decor since the event is still on its closing stages. Room we stayed on is quite spacious , providing city views as well. Liked the fast free Wi-Fi , delicious breakfast spread , the presence of a coffee machine and the obvious eco sustainability efforts. Disliked the non availability of kiosks for late night buying , the non working Chrome cast which malfunctioned during my first night stay , and the shower in a tub format. Other than that the mostly overall staff service is quite commendable.
A good location but not great and a little overpriced. Room did not have walk in shower, views are limited due to location. Main floor bar is nice, restaurant on second floor was also good.
チェックイン時に日本語に対応できるスタッフがいた為、私の依頼を良く理解してくれて対応して頂いた。また、駅に近く、電車での行動範囲が広がった。

Hyatt made our first time to Canada a wonderful memory! Hotel was clean & tidy. Also each hotel staff was friendly & welcoming. What more could you ask for! Thank you!
The hotel was in a great location and the room was very nice and clean. The shower was great as it was an overhead shower head. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely return.
The hotel was very nice and within walking distance of the Canada Place port for our cruise. Having two quick meal options right outside of the hotel, as well as the full breakfast option in the hotel was very convenient.
The Hyatt Regency Burrard is located very close to the sea wall, a great place to walk and is accessible to Stanly Park. There are numerous restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. I was impressed that the elevators take you to your floor only if you had a key card. At a convention or conference there is high use of the elevator as expected, but it is also very secure.
客房清洁服务很好,地理位置优越,交通方便

We had a comfortable one night stay here after our cruise. Convenient to cruise port. Location was good. Hotel was nice and modern. We had a room on the 23rd floor. Good city views. Bed was comfortable. Service was great. Pool area was small but nice. Would stay again.
Fabulous hotel. Nice friendly staff, clean, modern. Lifts slow when a lot of people staying. But overall a great place. Best mattresses!
We were really happy with our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with quiet air conditioning and an awesome view of Vancouver. The location was excellent, with plenty of places easily accessible by foot, which made exploring the area very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they were quick to clarify the parking situation when we arrived, which made the check-in process much smoother. Same with check-out.
The included breakfast was fantastic. There was about a 10 minute wait, but worth it :)
The only area that could be improved was the parking information on arrival. It was a little confusing at first, and clearer instructions before or during check-in would have made things easier for guests arriving for the first time.
Very green environment. Clean, secure and friendly staff. Found it interesting that many staff have been with them 15 years and more. Says a lot! Also, the beds and pillows were so comfy.
We were overcharged for our room, the hotel is dated with a very dated bathroom and poor quality balcony doors that don’t afford any sound proofing which is needed as there are horns blaring and building work going on outside late into the night. An outdated, dark and soulless place but served a good breakfast in a lovely light filled lounge.
Our stay was a mixed experience. I would especially like to recognize the Asian lady who checked us in. Her warm and genuine smile, professionalism, and sincere care for her guests were exceptional—she was truly one of the best front desk professionals we have encountered in all our years of traveling.
Unfortunately, our experience at checkout was completely different. At around 3:00 a.m., I was awakened by a message asking when I would be checking out, and shortly afterward, another checkout reminder by email woke me again. After being awakened twice, I could not fall back asleep and ended up with only about three hours of sleep before a long, fully scheduled day of travel.
When I raised this issue at checkout, what disappointed me most was the response. The male manager told me that I was the only guest who had complained about the 3:00 a.m. reminder, which felt dismissive rather than understanding. During my interaction with two female front desk staff members and the male manager, not one of them offered even a simple apology.
The front desk is the face of a hotel and reflects the quality of its management. Professionalism, problem-solving skills, empathy, and treating every guest fairly and with respect are essential. This hotel clearly has some outstanding employees, as demonstrated by the wonderful lady who checked us in, but our checkout experience and the way our concerns were handled were extremely disappointing.
