Overall a good value spot to stay in downtown Pittsburgh.
Pros:

Good location for downtown Pittsburgh activities.

Cons:

The tub was full with water when we arrived, but everything else was cleaned properly besides a few stains on the sheets.

Pros:

Scott Masek made our 3 day training event an outstanding experience. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. He was incredibly responsive to every request, proactive in anticipating our needs, and always greeted us with professionalism and warmth.

One gesture that stood out was his willingness to step in as our photographer, capturing moments throughout the week of our group. It's those thoughtful touches that make it a memorable experience. Scott's dedication to exceptional service made a lasting impression on our group.

There is no free breakfast but the rooms are clean.

No free breakfast which seemed cheap considering the price and location. The location was convenient, yet in a part of town that is under construction and unpleasant to be in. Luckily it was a 5 minute walk to the other side of the interstate.

Bad Coffee day
Pros:

Hotel is just okay for the location and rate add $50 for parking. Bathrooms are very small. Coffee at the club lounge was horrible like it was made from already used grounds. This was after the downstairs Restaurant had no one staffing breakfast though it was all set up, but not even coffee was out even at the counter to go, though it had coffee cups and supplies out. Luckily, I bring a portable kettle and instant coffee anyway because I'm up before most coffee places open and hotel room coffee machines/coffee pods can be kinda gross.

Okay with some hiccups

The convenience of the location

Cons:

The ac unit was leaking and not producing cold air which made the first night very uncomfortable to sleep. The floor was wet around it and we had maintenance come and look and they said that’s probably from the carpet being shampooed but it was only in that area. They did fix it the next day but it should have been the day we said something first
