Hyatt Regency New Orleans

The upscale vibe here at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans provided an experience that I will never forget. Everyone from the front desk staff, valet, housekeeping, and the cooks at the 8 Blocks Kitchen & bar were extremely hospitable and attentive. Unfortunately I don't remember names, but the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. For example, I went to eat a brunch on Saturday and one of the cooks asked me if I was okay. I told him that I was looking at the selection for proteins and noticed that it was all pork. I informed him that I didn't eat pork and will choose from the other items on display. Without hesitation, he cooked up some fresh chicken sausage just for me! Now that's what I'm talking about! The service was beyond exceptional, plus the New Orleans-influenced menu items were amazing.

I felt welcome and valued as a Globalist during my stay here. My entire stay from check in to checkout matched up with my Globalist status. One instance, however, during checkout the front desk clerk presented me with my bill and on it were the resort fees and valet. I informed her of my Globalist status and she was willing to remove the valet fees, but not the resort fees. I didn't have time to chat with her further because I had to catch my flight back home, but once I received the final bill I noticed that the resort fees were also removed. I was relieved to see that. Beside the very minor hiccup there, my stay here was fantastic. This was my second time staying here but guaranteed will not be the last. I truly enjoyed my stay here and look forward to my next one.

Best hotel for a conference hand down, It has an Atrium, and there is even a rental car aganecy on site. The hotel is amazing, the buffet is great and there is another restaurant there. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Everything is 0.5 -0.6 miles away so you can really walk everywhere. Definitely going back if I visit New Orleans again. Oh and the staff was amaze balls and the air conditioning was top tier.

Beautiful and accessible location, food quality and options could be better but overall I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service. Hotel room was always clean and staff were friendly

Wonderful hotel full of staff providing some of the best hospitality! Bellmen greeted me at my Uber, removed my luggage immediately. Front desk was welcoming. Luggage delivered to my room without hesitation, I obvi. provided a gratuity for this request... Room service was just as wonderful, service with a smile. Housekeeping totally exceeded my expectations!

Could use an overall renovation and some maintenance. also work on the customer service and the ease of checking in. should not have to wait in line as long as I did

The convenience was excellent. I was attending a conference, and everything I needed was right on the property. The pool was an added bonus—always a treat for me. I look forward to returning in a few years!

Good location, fast elevators, the ability to mobile order my starbucks from the room and pick it up quickly, the water bottle filling stations everywhere, big TVs, comfy beds are all appreciated here. As a conference venue, the efficiency of the elevators, water stations and coffee places was on point - thank you!

Location was perfect, atmosphere was phenomenal, room and bathroom were too small, cleanliness was awesome, noise level was great, service was awesome

The hotel was very nice. Keep in mind if you have a adjoining room you will be able to hear the people next door. The guest next door woke me up in the morning before 7 a.m. with their talking.

My stay was decent. The location, room cleanliness and restaurants were good. I was charged for daily valet parking, but did not have a car. The water in the room was out for several hours and nothing was done to accommodate us! I stayed at the Hyatt for a tax conference, but would not have stayed there other wise.

I always love staying at the Hyatt. 1st time in NOL, just blocks away from the tourist areas. Loved it - I love a clean hotel - a modern hotel and seeing the city busy at work.

Lovely hotel, yes breakfast buffet is NOT free but you get what you pay for. It’s AMAZING. Pool was nice, at 11am it has shade on one side from the building which was nice for us. Also towels are available to use. It’s nice having a Starbucks so easily accessible. I used the gym 3x in a 2 night stay. My husband and I took our 8 yr old for a weekend away before school starts and he had a great time exploring the huge hotel! I personally also like the 8 block restaurant. We’re from Lafayette so we already have great Cajun restaurants so we didn’t care about going out much, however Please eat at Juan’s flying burrito. It’s about 2 blocks walk. Third time we stay here and as always it was CLEAN

Very nice hotel. Staff is amazing. There for business for 5 days. Well worth the price.Loved the close proximity to the train station.

Everyone was very friendly, and each time an employee saw you, they greeted you with a smile. If you had questions, they were answered in a way you could understand.

Great hotel and amazing staff! We enjoyed our stay and the conference facilities. Having a Starbucks in the hotel was a major plus.
