Great service and wonderful breakfast, a very nice stay
Pros:

Staffmembers Leonia and Loretta were very warm and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet them. The breakfast buffet was superb and so were the menu options (e.g. chia pudding). My 4yo enjoyed the pool, which was serviceable though outdated. I heard from a front desk person that the pool is being removed later this year (2026).

Old and outdated
Pros:

Disappointed in the outdated condition of the room and hotel. Carpet stains, knicked up furniture, scratches and chips in bathroom, no ottoman to put feet up, no gift/sundry shop for snacks. Felt more like a budget hotel than a Hyatt.

Excellent!
Pros:

The bar service, drinks, conversation and food were wonderful!! Rooms were clean and roomy. The location is excellent located across the street from amazing food and attached to the convention center.

Lexington Hyatt is not too shabby!
Pros:

Very clean, sheets were amazing fantastic, room layout and view was fantastic. I also enjoyed a really nice piece of carrot cake and a delicious martini espresso.

Convenient Location, needs a refresh
Pros:

Fantastic location. Hotel is in major need of an update. Restaurant staff was stretched thin and has limited hours of operation. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and fun!

It was nice.
Pros:

The front desk representative Peter was very personable and welcoming.

Cons:

Room was warm and I asked for a fan and they did not have one. My husband went to Walmart around 11 pm to get a fan for me. Thanks to him I had a great night of sleeping.

Great short getaway
Pros:

Our stay with family was great with very good food and drinks and an indoor pool for kids was perfect. Some items need repair or replacement but that was minimal.
