Overall, it's okay. Great location, valet parking is effiicient, albeit expensive. No choice for me as I have mobility issues.
Hotel is starting to clearly need a refresh on the rooms. Lots of dents and dings, dated furniture. Breakfast (had the package) buffet is okay, but it is definitely lacking in consistent quality. Limp, greasy bacon and almost burnt biscuits second day. No sear on sausage at all, just soft and kind of icky. To be fair on the first part of that, my companion did request that they crisp up some bacon for her, and they did.
Housekeeping is not very good here. My feet got dirty just walking on the carpet. Housekeeing almst didn't happen the second day; I called at 3:15 and they came and quite literally did half of it. One bed made? Seriously?
Given the plethora of big corporate and boutique luxury hotels now available in Savannah, I don't believe I'll be back here.

We had a lovely time at the Hyatt regency Savannah. We let them know ahead of time that we were celebrating a friend's birthday and were upgraded to a river view room, and treated to wine and a small birthday cake in the room that evening! Nice touches that made it a wonderful stay. Each of us will be back with our families again! Also great location, helpful concierge and restaurant recommendations were on point!
Great location! Public areas were clean, and front desk, restaurant and housekeeping service was very efficient. Guest rooms can use a bit of an upgrade or refesh (at least my room needed it!) I woult not reserve the lobby (interior) guest rooms unless you were staying only 1 or 2 nights and just need a place to sleep - the view is BORING! :)

Gostaria de registrar uma reclamação referente à nossa experiência no Hyatt Regency Savannah e à forma como toda a situação foi conduzida.
Ao chegarmos ao hotel, fomos informados de que o quarto reservado não estava disponível e que, por termos feito a reserva pela plataforma Booking.com, não teríamos prioridade. Como alternativa, nos ofereceram um sofá-cama e café da manhã como cortesia, o que consideramos completamente incompatível com o valor pago pela diária e com o padrão esperado da rede Hyatt.
Diante disso, fomos obrigados a procurar outro hotel de última hora e pagar uma nova diária com tarifa do dia, causando transtorno, frustração e insegurança.
Além disso, o hotel realizou o estorno da reserva em valor inferior ao que pagamos originalmente, gerando prejuízo financeiro. Também foi cobrado o valor do estacionamento, mesmo sem termos nos hospedado no hotel, e até o momento esse valor não foi devolvido.
Toda a experiência foi extremamente decepcionante e abaixo do padrão que esperávamos de uma rede como a Hyatt. A sensação foi de total falta de suporte e consideração com o cliente, principalmente diante de uma reserva confirmada previamente.
Esperamos um posicionamento e uma solução adequada para os prejuízos e transtornos causados.

Valet service is the way to go! Shantira was the nicest ever! Very accommodating, friendly and professional! Got to mention Trevor too! Kudos to him for his friendly, helpful service! Highly recommend using the valet service at Hyatt Regency!
Location was good
For the price, it was not good. The room was “tired”. Bathroom was terrible. Flimsy shower curtain. Tiny shower. No counter space.
Our window looked out to the elevator so we had to keep the curtains closed the entire time. Valet service was terrible and they charge $50 per day to park. Crazy!
View was excellent.
Room was old and dated. Visisble wear and tear throughout. Most staff were great. Bartender was rude and incompetent.
Savanah in general was dirty and unsafe at night.
