Loation and initial entry to lobby. The lobby lounge area with riverside window view and the terrace bar/ restaurant over looking riverside street. Of course the staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately we did not like the room type, no real natural light, window to large inner atrium smallish proportions and noisy corridor. The pool was too small and shallow for the size of hotel and decor not pleasant. Over priced room.

really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Location was good for seeing the sights and eating. The tour of the city was also very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will probably stay there again on our next visit.

Cons:

Lower cost for parking. Some characters at night on the streets.

The pictures of the Hotel don't do it justice, the Hotel, the staff & the views are amazing.
Pros:

The pictures of the hotel do not show you how amazing the hotel is. The pictures gave me the impression the hotel would be nice but once I was there I was blown away by the architecture, the view, and how nice everyone and everything was.

Just a one nighter.
Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

I didn't like the pool was small for being a 4 Star hotel. Too small. I paid basically for the location. The cable channels were horrible. Okay for just one night. If I was staying longer I would have stayed somewhere else.
