Pros:

I love how friendly the staff was during my stay. Top notch crew at Hyatt Regency Savannah

Cons:

Only thing that made me not score 10 is parking situation across the road for $25 and can't leave unless you want more parking fees..Basically forced to add Valet for $50 a night

Besides parking everywhere was fantastic. We loved the hotel and service was the best!
Pros:

Food and service were great! Staff was friendly. We were helped by Tequila at the front desk and she was amazing! We will definitely be back!

Valet parking fee is slightly high compared to parking in the area.

The elevators, the bed was comfy

Cons:

I didn’t like that it was $50 valet parking a night, so I had to park down the street & walk. I could see paying $25, but not $50. It didn’t get as cold as I would’ve liked it to in my room.

Don't use a third party company for reservations.
Pros:

Location and food.

Cons:

Booking.com said we were confirmed to have a king bed. We get there and Hyatt says they didn't have any and we had to stay in a double bed. We paid for a king and have not received a response from booking.com when I tried to email already.
