Overall, it was a great stay. A little pricey, but that's to be expected with a tourist town.
Pros:

Hotel was very quiet in the evening. Staff was extremely friendly. Excellent location near river street and all the shops and restaurants.

Cons:

I didn't like having to pay the resort fee, not sure why that was necessary. Wish breakfast would have been included.

DON'T DO THE VIEW
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, quiet and squeakey clean. Beware, however, don't pay extra for a river view room. The view is across the river at a junk yard.

Room is very outdated and housekeeping was bad. Room not the cleanest and the fixtures all need to be replaced. Hotel in serious need of a renovation in the rooms and hallways.

Very enjoyable relaxing trip.
Pros:

Great location in historic district. Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good with great selections. Very easy access to River street. Would definitely stay here again.

Hyatt Regency a Posh visit
Pros:

Savannah is busier than I remember. That's both good and bad. The good part is the tourism increases the advertisement of Savannah being more than just a out-door museum. There's good shopping, good food, and a event going on most days.

Yet another good stay
Pros:

Stayed for a week long conference. The only issue encountered was the time it took to get vehicle from valet. Request took over an hour.

Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location along the river. The rooms were spacious and everyone was so kind. There was some terrible weather while we were in and the staff made sure our conference was safe and well cared for.
