Near the stadium
A little bit expensive
Convenient location. Close to harbor with great view. Walking distance of aquarium. Parking next to hotel was reasonable rate.
The front desk clerk seemed confused about our reservation done through Booking.com. I used my husband’s credit card, which she requested to see. He was waiting in the car so I went out to get it. When I came back she then told me, she needed to see him as well. I didn’t notice anyone else going through this. I thought it was strange. Never had that experience before. It was a little embarrassing.
Nothing.
I was repeatedly charged for purchases I did not make & hotel staff could provide an explanation for why my card was charged for various amounts each day I stayed there.

The view was amazing
Had an excellent view. The staff was wonderful and super helpful. I lost my phone and they actually looked for it, I ended up finding it. It was super clean too!
We weren’t able to use the pool due to weather it is an outdoor pool.
I liked the convenient location, and the hotel itself was nice. The room was clean and comfortable, and the surrounding area was great for exploring.
The biggest issue was the delayed check-in and the way the situation was handled by the front desk. Our check-in time was 4:00 PM, but our room was still not available hours later. We were staying for only one night and had tickets to a Ravens game at 7:00 PM, so the delay left us with very little time to actually get into our room, get ready, and enjoy the hotel.
When we asked an older female employee how much longer she thought it would take, she rolled her eyes and repeatedly told us she didn’t know. When I asked if it could potentially be hours, she said she couldn’t give us that information. She explained that the previous guests had checked out at 4:00 PM and that rooms were being cleaned, which was frustrating because 4:00 PM was also our scheduled check-in time. If rooms were not going to be available until later, we should have been given some sort of notice or accommodation.
We also asked if we could leave our luggage somewhere while we went out, and she directed us to guest services. When we got there, no one was available. We returned and let her know, and she said she would come help us. We waited about 10 minutes while she continued assisting other guests and did not come over to help us.
We completely understand that unexpected delays can happen, but the lack of communication, accommodations, and professionalism made the experience much more frustrating. Since we only stayed one night, the late room availability also meant we barely got to experience the hotel we had paid for.
The room was a harbor view location
We had to change our room three times and the room's phone did not work

Room was comfortable and clean.
Self parking with in/out privileges is nice.
Bathroom could be updated, faucet leaked some and had to be adjusted just right to turn off. Also no place in the shower for my personal toiletries that I’d rather use than what they provide. The Market needs to be available much later into the evening….when you arrive back from sightseeing all day, you don’t want to go back out because a snack option was forgotten. (Or have vending on each floor)

Very close to the venue I was seeing a concert at M and T Bank Stadium.

Location was great and room was nice

Wonderful location and super easy stay. Parking garage simple and safe. Outdoor pool was a great touch, being able to look out to the harbor and baseball stadium. Just a nice place to stay overall. Super short walk to see the sights and activities!
