Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

What a great hotel! I attended a dance competition here, and the rooms were gorgeous, comfortable and SPOTLESS when I walked in! During down time, walking to downtown shopping and restaurants was super easy, and during the summer months, there is a Friday night block party with live music right outside in the hotel courtyard! We had a great time and looking forward to going back!

Great weekend getaway!
Pros:

Great spot to stay at the beginning of main street! Really enjoyed the amenities and breakfast buffet at Roots restaurant.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Really liked staying there because it was right on Main . Would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay
Pros:

Our Family hosted it's Green-White Family Reunion in downtown Greenville July 3026. Our hotel stay went really well. My bed felt like a cloud (in my mind), food was good and the entertainment outside the hotel on Main Street was top tier.

Fantastic Hotel with Excellent Customer Service!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience staying at one of our favorite hotels in Greenville! Rafael who is the front office Supervisor, was very accommodating, and made sure our stay was as pleasant as always! Stephanie also arranged for us to have a room on a high floor! Customer Service here is truly top notch! See you again soon!

Getaway to Greenville
Pros:

Reception folks helpful, all staff acknowledged us and chatted pleasantly, young lady at coffee shop delightful. Outdoor pool a bonus!

Cons:

Nasty trash at elevator remained there for 2 days
TV useless without casting to my phone which was an ordeal. So I gave up. One of my pleasures is a chilly hotel room, propped up in bed watching tv. The other stations were awful.

Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

There were too many dogs allowed into the facility and it made our stay very uncomfortable, disappointing and definitely not recommending to my family and friends. The worst part was seeing a bird flying around the breakfast
buffet in the Roost restaurant. That was absolutely disgusting and the food inspector would have shutdown the restaurant for that activity. I was expecting a lot more from this hotel for the money we paid.
