Pros:

I liked the location, the valet option, since we were coming and going a lot. And the space is open and feels good. Let us check in a bit early which was a big help. I know that is not always possible.

Beautiful location but the management is not making sure the place is kept safe and clean.
Pros:

The overall cleanliness of the room was good (not excellent). We just had some bad experiences not really related to the room itself. The hotel location is excellent if you want to experience downtown.

Cons:

We returned to an outing to a lobby covered in human feces and the feces extended on down the stairs to the bar area. It was not even marked as a danger or "caution" and was not cleaned or marked for a good 20 minutes after we returned. My room overlooked the lobby, and we watched to see when it was cleaned. However, we do know that the front desk was aware of the situation as soon as we returned because we stopped to inform them of the situation and they "pointedly" made it clear they were aware! From my room we watched, and it was not marked or cleaned for approximately 20 minutes after our return. Also, I requested ADJACENT rooms. I paid over $700 for two rooms to be close to family. Instead, they were put across the hall two doors down. The adjacent room to mine was a couple who SCREAMED and Yelled at each other until 3 am. I was just about to call the front desk, but they quieted down until 7 am and then it started again! My granddaughter that stayed with me is only 8 years old and did not need to hear all that went on between the couple! It was totally unacceptable.

Positive Stay, Great Value and Memorable Experience
Pros:

Loved the customer service and location's access to Main Street. The room and lobby are a bit dated aesthetically and aged, but the service and location made up for it.

Great spot with good comfort in a really neat town
Pros:

We were in town for a boys weekend and loved the hotel. It is located on Main street and has a small pavillion with live music outside. It's extremely walkable and the lobby bar and lounge is perfect for meeting or people watching.

Conference stay
Pros:

Overall the hotel is priced well and great location. The bathrooms could use an update. Everything was perfect but you can tell the hotel is starting to look dated in the hallways and bathrooms.

Vibe check - passed!
Pros:

Very nice hotel but even better restaurant attached. If you need to stay somewhere in downtown Greenville and you're so tired and can't bother leaving - go here. Even if you want to leave - DON'T, you'll thank me later. Roost was amazing, bar was awesome, the vibes in this hotel are unmatched.

Fantastic hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! The accommodations were great and the staff was very friendly. The Roost had a delicious breakfast! It definitely exceeded my expectations for the price and I would recommend it to anyone visiting.
