Grand Hyatt Seoul

Spent my honeymoon here and had a great time. The food at the grand club lounge was great. Especially when checking out, the process was so smooth. Bell service took my stuff down and called a taxi to the airport within 10 mins.

Beds were comfortable, staff were excellent and helpful, facilities were fabulous.

이번 한국 체류기간중 매우 만족한 숙소입니다.
남산, 이태원 다 걸어다닐수있는 훌륭한 위치라 며칠 머물며 강북 관광하기에 정말 편했습니다. 시설도 정말 깔끔하고, 6월초 야외 수영장 오픈한점도 정말 좋았으며 남산 공원 아침 산책하기에 이상적이었습니다.

모든 직원분들이 친절하고 늘 도움주셔서 감사했으며, 특히 프론트에 Kathy 김서연 직원님 세심한 배려 덕분에 하얏트에서의 체류가 더 특별하게 기억에 남았습니다. 제가 도착한 날 컨디션이 안좋았는데 바로 알아차리시고 바로 가능한 체크인방 파악해서 체크인 도와주시고, 숙박 중간중간 궁금한점 등 친절히 안내도와주셔서 너무 감사했습니다.

프론트 지배인 Patricia님께서도 저희 체크아웃시 만족스려운 체류였는지 궁금해하시고 의견 물어봐주시고 서비스 하나하나 체크하시는 모습이 정말 인상깊었습니다.

내년에도 꼭 다시 방문하겠습니다.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Seoul. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff stood out.

We especially appreciated the bellmen, the lobby team, and the staff members who assisted us with transportation throughout our stay. On one occasion, while I was carrying several bags, a staff member immediately noticed, stepped in to help without being asked, and personally walked our luggage to the taxi, helping load everything into the trunk. It was a small gesture that reflected the exceptional level of service we experienced throughout our visit.

A special thank you to Bradley heo, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. His warm service and thoughtful farewell to our family as we departed made a lasting impression and was a wonderful way to end our trip.

The genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by the entire team made our stay memorable. We are grateful for the outstanding hospitality and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Seoul.

남산위치가 좋아서 둘레길 산책하기 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 오고 싶습니다.

We were on 19th floor with amazing view. As a Hyatt Explorist member, the staff upgraded room to Namsan Tower view room. And also helped me with early check in, so we could put our luggage comfortably. Staffs were exceptionally helpful with the check in process as quickly as possible. We had club access, so the morning buffet and dinner were fantastic. If you ever visit Seoul, you should stay at this hotel with club access if you can get.

when we checked in, we were told our room wasn't ready because a member requested a late check out. our room wasn't ready even after 2 hours of check-in time and were offered a temporary room. we had a engagement but because of the room being not ready, we were late for our ticketed event.

Had an amazing massage session with Lia (리아). Did a 60 minute swedish massage and it was so relaxing. Meticulous care and very kind. The massage room is spacious and clean, the oil they use is great too. They remembered my bday and gave me kind surprise too. Would love to come back!

객실도 약간 좁은느낌이지만 괜찮았습니다 ~

풀사이드 뷔페의 음식들 모두가 호텔 명성에 다소 못미치는 수준이었습니다
이번엔 예약을 못했지만 더 스테이크 하우스 음식은 좋았던것으로 기억합니다
너무나 인기있는 탓에 너무나 많은 숙박 , 관광객들이 몰려서 호텔이 항상 너무 북적대는 분위기는 편하게 쉬는 것과는 좀 거리가 있지만 , 이는 어쩔수없겠죠?
anyway, 음식의 맛은 호텔의 수준에 맞게 업그레이드 필수적입니다 !
그리고
객실들어갔을때 변기가 안닦여 있었습니다 ..

숙소문의 편에 자세히 썼습니다만,
정문에서 차내리고 탈때 고객응대하고 주차 관리하는 직원들이 좀더 친절했으면 좋겠습니다.

그럼에도 불구하고 하얏트는
항상 다시 찾고 싶은 호텔 입니다 ^^♡

I had a fantastic stay at Grand Hyatt Seoul and would like to share my positive feedback.

The breakfast at the newly renovated Terrace was outstanding, offering a great selection of both Korean and Western dishes, plus fresh juices. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Helia, Sunny, Mi-Young, and Irene for their wonderful service.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with a nice park nearby. My room was well-equipped and offered a great view. Getting to the airport was very convenient, as the Airport Limousine Bus (route 6702) stops right in front of the hotel.

One small point to note: there are only four elevators, with two serving lower floors and two serving upper floors, so wait times can be a bit longer during peak hours. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Highly recommended!

Great ambiance, the view is amazing and customer service was great. I would definitely book there again next time I go to Seoul.

The view form the room is amazing!

Comfortable room. Lovely mountainside view. Our room was not ready until 5pm instead of 3pm. To compensate us for the inconvenience, we were given access to the club room with free breakfast and happy hour. A lovely gesture.

Location is good

They had ample employees at all levels always around and easily accessible. Someone was always right there to answer your questions.
The buffet was amazing and the staff superb. We went 2 nights it was so good. We were recognized from the night before and we always appreciate from staff.
We like that there were several choices of where to eat or have a drink without leaving the the hotel. After a 10 hour day it was very nice to come back, clean up and stay at the hotel.
