The sauna will be closed every 1st week on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, it will be closed the following week’s Monday.

Veldig bra hotell, fin beliggenhet og mange fasiliteter og restauranter. Hyggelig personale.
Pros:

Beliggenheten og utsikten. Fine rom. Oversiktelig hotell med gode fasiliteter.

Cons:

Dyr buffetfrokost i spisesalen.
Heisene brukte lang tid når mange personer skulle bruke dem, burde vært flere heiser eller et annet system. I tillegg vanskelig å bevege seg til en annen etasje enn den man bor i siden nøkkelkortet brukes for å sette hvilken etasje man skal til.

Located centrally but green are not too close to busy streeta

Lift - only 2 operating floors ground to 12 floor.
Lack of organising lift stops means people frequently run lifts to same floors, coukd benefit from pre-registrering wanted floor (before entering)

Her şey mükemmeldi , odam çok konforluydu ve manzaran harikaydı 😍😍 Han nehrine aşık oldum 🤩 Bir dahaki sefere yine Hyattı tercih edeceğim . Pros:

The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the room was incredible. The staff was very accommodating (even holding one of my bags for several days while I went to Busan before I checked in).

Cons:

Pricey for what you're getting, and be prepared to walk up steep hills if you're coming back by foot.

Honeymoon
Pros:

Spent my honeymoon here and had a great time. The food at the grand club lounge was great. Especially when checking out, the process was so smooth. Bell service took my stuff down and called a taxi to the airport within 10 mins.

Pros:

이번 한국 체류기간중 매우 만족한 숙소입니다.
남산, 이태원 다 걸어다닐수있는 훌륭한 위치라 며칠 머물며 강북 관광하기에 정말 편했습니다. 시설도 정말 깔끔하고, 6월초 야외 수영장 오픈한점도 정말 좋았으며 남산 공원 아침 산책하기에 이상적이었습니다.

모든 직원분들이 친절하고 늘 도움주셔서 감사했으며, 특히 프론트에 Kathy 김서연 직원님 세심한 배려 덕분에 하얏트에서의 체류가 더 특별하게 기억에 남았습니다. 제가 도착한 날 컨디션이 안좋았는데 바로 알아차리시고 바로 가능한 체크인방 파악해서 체크인 도와주시고, 숙박 중간중간 궁금한점 등 친절히 안내도와주셔서 너무 감사했습니다.

프론트 지배인 Patricia님께서도 저희 체크아웃시 만족스려운 체류였는지 궁금해하시고 의견 물어봐주시고 서비스 하나하나 체크하시는 모습이 정말 인상깊었습니다.

내년에도 꼭 다시 방문하겠습니다.

Thank you for the hospitality!
Pros:

Our family had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Seoul. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff stood out.

We especially appreciated the bellmen, the lobby team, and the staff members who assisted us with transportation throughout our stay. On one occasion, while I was carrying several bags, a staff member immediately noticed, stepped in to help without being asked, and personally walked our luggage to the taxi, helping load everything into the trunk. It was a small gesture that reflected the exceptional level of service we experienced throughout our visit.

A special thank you to Bradley heo, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. His warm service and thoughtful farewell to our family as we departed made a lasting impression and was a wonderful way to end our trip.

The genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by the entire team made our stay memorable. We are grateful for the outstanding hospitality and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Seoul.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

We were on 19th floor with amazing view. As a Hyatt Explorist member, the staff upgraded room to Namsan Tower view room. And also helped me with early check in, so we could put our luggage comfortably. Staffs were exceptionally helpful with the check in process as quickly as possible. We had club access, so the morning buffet and dinner were fantastic. If you ever visit Seoul, you should stay at this hotel with club access if you can get.

Nice but delayed check-in due to member's late check out
Pros:

when we checked in, we were told our room wasn't ready because a member requested a late check out. our room wasn't ready even after 2 hours of check-in time and were offered a temporary room. we had a engagement but because of the room being not ready, we were late for our ticketed event.
