From the very moment we arrived at the Grand Hyatt Seoul, we were blown away by the incredible hospitality. The front desk team gave us a surprisingly warm and wholehearted welcome that instantly made us feel at home after our travels.

I want to express my deepest gratitude especially to Ms. Stacy. Her unparalleled service, attentiveness, and genuine kindness stood out completely. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay started perfectly, and her professionalism is a true credit to the hotel. It is rare to encounter someone so dedicated to excellence. Thank you, Stacy, and thank you to the entire front desk team for making our visit so memorable. We cannot wait to return!

Fancy hotel, nice grand club, comfy beds
Pros:

This was a nice hotel with comfortable beds, I traveled with my family including my kids. I am a globalist, and they gave me connecting rooms on a high floor.

My complaints: they don’t allow kids in the grand club after 6pm. They only provide kids meals - you’re supposed to leave your kids alone in the room to eat while you eat in the lounge. If they have a problem with kids they should create a designated kids seating area.

The pool/sauna area- this was nice but so packed. And the sauna/hot tub locker areawas packed full of naked people, no bathing suits or towels in sight. I guess it’s a cultural thing, but it was too much for me.

Overall, a very nice hotel with excellent service. I’d stay here again as a globalist.

로비에 체크인대기표라니... 시즌이라고는 해도 사람이 너무 많다 수영장예약 선베드예약도 너무 별로임 선착순이 공정하지 않나? 호텔뷰는 좋으나 나가면 즐길 거리가 아무것도 없는 산꼭대기에다가 너무 비싸서 다음 번엔 예약 안할 듯

die zentrale Lage in der Metropole war sehr gut, wir hatten ein Zimmer im 15. Stock mit fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt und den Fluss, die Gartenanlage und der Aussenpool waren riesig. Das Frühstücksbuffet überdurchschnittlich reichhaltig, sowohl asiatisch als auch continental ausgerichtet.

Cons:

Gemessen an anderen koreanischen Hotelpreisen dieses Niveaus war die Unterkunft sehr teuer und der Gebäudekomplex selbst gesichtslos.

The spa was amazing, the massage was amazing! Joy was wonderful, she did a great job helping me relax and feel comfortable. The atmosphere was just what I needed to relax and reset! The room was very clean and the music was super relaxing. It was worth every penny spent this was a great experience and I’d recommend it 10/10! Beautiful location and views!

Great Spa but stressful hotel.
Pros:

Massage and facial services were excellent. Well worth the cost. The rest of the hotel experience was mediocre. The hotel is really crowded and it was difficult to receive any assistance in getting cabs, etc. The hotel seems geared more towards locals rather than foreigners visiting the country. I always have to start my day with yoga and stretching but after visiting the gym once ended up just using a towel in my room due to how crowded and loud the gym was.

Cons:

Dyr buffetfrokost i spisesalen.
Heisene brukte lang tid når mange personer skulle bruke dem, burde vært flere heiser eller et annet system. I tillegg vanskelig å bevege seg til en annen etasje enn den man bor i siden nøkkelkortet brukes for å sette hvilken etasje man skal til.

Best Spa for Postpartum Mom!
Pros:

This was truly the best spa experience! I'm 6 months postpartum, so my whole body has been stiff and exhausted, but my therapist, Itzel (잇젤), melted all the tension away. The pressure was absolutely perfect, and she tailored the care so attentively to my body's condition. I highly recommend her, especially to other postpartum moms!
