Excelent hotel and service with excellent pool and pool side bar and snacks. All staff were very attentive. The hotel was well managed and we had an excellent stay.
Excellent in general and I am very happy to return in this wonderful hotel. The place is where you could experience the best and all the people around is amazing. I would like to take the opportunity to thank the Management team for such a great job taking care of their guests.
Brilliant hotel with excellent staff, especially Mounia, Omar and their team. They went over and above their work to ensure we had an excellent stay. They particularly took great care of my elderly brother helping him getting his breakfast. The cleaning staff were also excellent and we always had an excellent supply of bottled water

При бронировании номера на верхнем этаже на фото вид на главную достопримечательность + особым пожеланием я прописал, что нужен номер с видом на мечеть . Однако при заселении сначала дали номер с видом на другую часть города, пришлось возвращаться и просить заменить на изначально запрашиваемый.

النظافة دون المستوى والعاملين تعاملهم سيئ جداً وبالذات مسؤولة الاستقبال تتعامل مع العملاء كأنها مديرة مدرسة والناس تلاميذ لديها . مع الكل شاهدته ذلك . وخدمة تنظيف الغرفة يطرقون عليك الباب اكثر من خمس مرات في اليوم الواحد لاجل التنظيف وهذا اقلاق راحه وازعاج وتنظيفهم للغرف والحمام دون المستوى مجرد ماء دون منظفات او تعقيم

Great location, clean room, quiet.
Breakfast and service were not as good as expected. Buffets breakfast had many choices. However there are many flies in the food area. Smoked salmon was fishy and tasted bad.
Staff were unprofessional. We had reserved an executive suites with a Hassan II Mosque view. The check-in girl confirmed with me that my room will see the Mosque. We went up and didn’t see the view and have to go down to fix it.
We ordered room service of 1 ribeye steak and 1 filet steak with medium rare. They gave us 2 fully cooked ribeye steaks.
We asked for alcohol during cocktail hours in the Hyatt club lounge. The lady said they were not serving alcohol. She also pocketed our unopened sauces from our meals during cleaning up.
We had reserved an airport transfer through the hotel few days ago. They said they didn’t see the reservation for us when we checked back with them a day before we arrived the hotel.
