Nice Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Everything was reasonably good. The location is amazing, especially if you like city center kind of vibe.
Tram station is close, market is close, the souk is close too.

Cons:

The breakfast area was a bit unplanned and can get crowded at times. The same area in the evening is very pleasant.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room view was amazing and I enjoyed the location. Wandered the Medina and enjoyed a meal in the fish market. Never had a chance to use the pool and gym, but appreciated that the gym was open 24hrs.

Rooms looked like it's been a long time since an update.
