During our stay, we experienced several issues that significantly affected our check-in experience.

Firstly, our luggage was not delivered to our room until almost one hour after we checked in, which was much longer than expected.

Secondly, we completed the pre-check-in paperwork in the morning. However, when we returned later, the staff could not locate our paperwork and asked us to complete the entire check-in process again. This unnecessary duplication cost us approximately one hour of our time and caused considerable inconvenience.

Lastly, during check-in, the staff requested all four of our passports, but no one informed us that the booking only included breakfast for one guest. We only discovered this afterwards, which was disappointing. This important information should have been clearly communicated at check-in to avoid confusion and inconvenience.

Overall, we expected a much smoother arrival experience. We hope the hotel will improve its check-in process and communication to prevent similar issues for future guests.
