Hyatt Regency Dallas

We enjoyed it being within walking distance to many things. We enjoyed the restaurants within the Hyatt, as well.

This is a great hotel for business in the city. The guest services manager, Michelle, is wonderful and very responsive and provides extra attention to Globalist members. Out first choice for accommodation in Dallas.

Nice hotel - very nice staff. Could use some material updates as it is a bit worn and lacking in some modern tech conveniences, but I would stay there again. Very clean room!

Much better than expected. The hotel is only blocks from where JFK was shot, so very convenient to go see the sights. It has comfortable rooms, great bed and pillows. The water comes out hot. The food at the hotel was excellent. I had no complaints.

The staff at Hyatt Regency Dallas truly went above and beyond to make my stay a wonderful experience. They were attentive to me and my grandparents during our stay. Michelle, the guest experience manager, reached out ahead of time to introduce herself and inquire about our needs. Prior to this stay Michelle helped me to identify which foods I could eat that were gluten-free at breakfast. She also made sure that we had a room with a beautiful view and plenty of space for myself and my grandparents. We really appreciated the above-and-beyond service at Hyatt Regency Dallas.

Hotel room was clean and suitably appointed. It looked liek there were many amenities that I did not have time to explore. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Very nice hotel, with outstanding service. Worth for money. The best experience, you will receive. Early check in was allowed at 11.15a.m for me and starting from the parking assistants to reception , every one was so good. we will get a very good vibe.

Great experience, would highly recommend this hotel for any conference event. Their facilities are among the best I've ever seen, their large convention hall was more than adequate for well over a thousand attendees. In addition the AV features were outstanding providing all those in attendance the ability to hear and see the speaker (s).

Cons: Location isolated, no shops and restaurants around the hotel. There are restaurants inside the hotel but limited choices. No microwave in the room, only located in two areas in the ENTIRE hotel. Gym is too small with most machines broken.

Pros: Housekeeping services, internet service, and upgraded TV.

Dallas TX - Hyatt Regency downtown was a great experience. The rooms were very clean and considering the large conference attendance, the noise level was quiet in the rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Solid location, good condition and service.
Don’t like being treated like a piggy bank to be milked. No coffee in lobby, breakfast was super expensive (competition offers free options s not 27.00 with expectation of a tip.
Will not return as competition offers same for less.

I had another outstanding stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. This property consistently delivers excellent service, and it’s one of the reasons I continue to return.

I always feel genuinely appreciated throughout my stay. The front desk team was warm, professional, and did their best to recognize my loyalty and accommodate my room preferences. Every interaction was pleasant and welcoming.

A special thank you to Leo, who is always incredibly helpful. He consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued, and his positive attitude truly stands out.

My room was exceptionally clean, well maintained, modern, and comfortable. The views of the Dallas skyline were fantastic and really added to the overall experience.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great selection, fresh offerings, and attentive service. It was a fantastic way to start each morning.

I was also impressed by the valet team. They were friendly, efficient, and always quick to assist, making arrivals and departures seamless.

Overall, the Hyatt Regency Dallas has an exceptional team that clearly takes pride in delivering great hospitality. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning again soon.
