Pure Blissfulness
Pros:

The locations were amazing. A true comfort atmosphere, I loved it. My room were clean- very clean and cleaned daily, I truly appreciated clean sheets and towels. I value the time that I experienced there and appreciate being a part of that experience.

Do not get a junior suite !
Pros:

The junior suite is an upcharge of $111 per night. Although there is a living room and queen bed, there is no refrigerator and a strange black curtain positioned at the foot of the bed on industrial poles. You are better off to get a normal room.

Awesome Experience
Pros:

Went for a work conference and awesome as usual. 2nd year at this hotel. Had a few issues with power but was taken care of quickly by the staff and resumed our meetings

I've experienced several highly rated hotels in the area but the Hyatt Regency is my favorite.

Same feel as nice motels but five times more price.
Pros:

Nothing was excellent.

Cons:

Hallway was not clean and bad smell. Bathroom sink was broken and all around was very old looking. Paint was coming off and shower was not working perfectly. Never recommend to anyone and stay back.

Family short visit
Pros:

This hotel was a perfect location for going around Dallas. The service was impeccable. The manager made sure that my husband felt special on his birthday and they helped us get reservations in #CrownBlock and they also told CrownVlock that it was gis birthday!
I stayed with my family and would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel but with a conference vibe.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely with nice decor and welcoming staff, particularly in the bar. Bedrooms were comfortable with good views. The hotel was very close to recognised tourist attractions. Crown Block is 1 min away.

Cons:

The hotel put a hold on our card which was supposed to drop off after we paid the bill. We are now 30 days later and the hold has not yet been taken off. The hotel say this is the bank's fault but we have investigated and feel it is not. The issue is to be resolved naturally in a few days but this should not have occurred in the first place.
The hotel is a conference venue so holiday makers can feel a little less special in this venue.

Pros:

We love staying here when we come to Dallas. Very well kept establishment and close to venues. We went to go to medieval times and this venue was 4 mins away.

Worth it !

The staff, the cleanliness, the attention to detail because it was my birthday and my room was upgraded, the food, the location, the safety, everything was excellent. I will be staying here every time I am in Dallas!

Good location
Pros:

Good value, not as clean as I’d hoped, plenty of space. I would book again but would expect for a cleaner suite. I don’t like to cohabitate with bugs and crickets.
