All pros and no cons, highly recommend!
Pros:

The firm king bed gave us a wonderful night sleep. We loved the room service menu and that plastic and styrofoam were not used. The deep porcelain bath tub and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and soap made us feel right at home. Great coffee in the lobby and a very fair price including parking. We’ll be back!

Pros:

Clean, comfy, nice staff. I feel prices are raised on concert nite of big names. So close to coliseum, we just walked across street, also Xtra 15.00 once there for parking

Very restful with good food and enduring hospitality. I will definitely return with Kimball alumni.
Pros:

The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful with details/hours of restaurants, amenities, and parking.
The breakfast staff was nice and offered coffee. Additionally, she was kind enough to give me change so that I could leave her a tip.

Cons:

One thing that I always look forward to when traveling is a jacuzzi in addition to having a pool.

Clean room!
Pros:

The front desk welcomed me and was very polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I loved the multiple light features and the spacious area to move around. There were also plenty of towels and toiletries available.

Cons:

The air conditioner didn't get cold enough and the balcony was not accessible because of a padlock. I also noticed there are no liners in the trash cans but that is common in other hotels I have stayed at.

Great if you have an event at coliseum
Pros:

Hotel was decent price during a concert weekend at the coliseum. Room was overall clean, hotel was quite.

Cons:

Bathroom door was not clean and no trash bags in trash cans
