Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully renovated, modern, and exceptionally clean, making it very comfortable throughout my visit. The bed was cozy, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold items, and the dining area was clean and well maintained.

The hotel’s location is in the heart of downtown, which makes it convenient for accessing local restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. While the surrounding area may not appeal to everyone, the hotel itself was well maintained and I felt the staff worked hard to provide a pleasant experience.

Comfortable & convenient stop on a road trip
Pros:

The hotel was newly renovated. The breakfast was good & we appreciated that the parking lot was locked at night. The staff were terrific especially the lady at the front desk.

Stay was decent. Not sure if I would stay again.
Pros:

It was cleaner then a lot of other places I’ve stayed in Thunder Bay.

Cons:

Both times I stayed here I was put in room 201 with a broken air conditioner. The first time I asked for a different room which was no problem. The second time I was so tired I didn’t even bother, luckily it wasn’t hot out.
Just surprised they still haven’t fixed it.

Parking was somewhat limited during busy periods, and some common areas could be updated further. Other than that, my stay was enjoyable.

Pros:

Have cameras and close to getting to the hwy .

Cons:

Sorry but to many homeless people wondering around . Went to MD and there was a homeless person being very scary and rude . Would not walk to the casino stayed in our room . But hotel was amazing upgraded .

Cons:

Notre séjour a été décevant. Bien que certaines rénovations aient été effectuées, la qualité des travaux semble médiocre et il est peu probable qu’elles résistent au temps; plusieurs éléments risquent d’être à refaire dans un avenir rapproché.

Nous avons également été incommodés par des odeurs de marijuana provenant de l’extérieur, causées par certains clients de l’hôtel.

Le déjeuner offert était très ordinaire et manquait de saveur.

Enfin, le service à la réception le matin a laissé à désirer. La personne en poste a complètement ignoré ma conjointe lorsqu’elle a tenté de signaler qu’il manquait des serviettes dans notre chambre. Un minimum de courtoisie et d’attention envers les clients serait apprécié.

Malheureusement, cette expérience ne correspond pas aux attentes que nous avions pour cet établissement.
