To start with our room, televisions did not work for the entire 3 days. Some days there was nothing other days you maybe got one or two channels of pixely satellite. We called multiple times to try to see if there's anything we can do about it but never got anywhere. Alternatively, I wanted to use the room alarm clock to have some background noise when we left so that our dogs would not bark. That didn't have a power cord so it wouldn't work either. The shower looked like murder scene with rust in it, and I'm honestly not sure how the shower floor had two massive dents in it as if someone who weighed 900 lbs had stepped in. We had booked the room for four people but only had two towels in the bathroom. There were a variety of small cleanliness issues around the door frame, light switches and baseboards...Also, I know it's a pet friendly room but there were multiple circular stains in the carpet, and the curtains had multiple pinholes and rips. Also, the exterior landscaping had a lot of potential with some very beautiful flowers growing but they were overrun with huge weeds.

That place is very dirty; it needs a lot of hygiene.

All the towels were clean but definitely have some nasty markings which was weird.

Nothing the property was great.

The bathroom in 1014 smelled like cat urine. When I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned from top to bottom, I am uncertain as to whether the request was handled since the dirty towels were still on the floor and no fresh towels were left. The smell remained consistent.

The staff was not particularly friendly.
We were sent to a room which had not been cleaned. We returned to the desk and were given another room. As we were in a hurry to get to our event we dropped our bags a left.
Upon returning later we became more aware of the conditions in the room. The kitchen floor was sticky , glasses had to be washed before use , there was one coffee cup only and the bathroom sink had men’s shavings in it.
Bed appeared clean so we stayed and left early the next day
We were extremely disappointed and upset especially because the cost was $245a night

I prefer to avoid public comment.

The bathroom is horrible. I think they forgot to clean the tub. It got so much hair in it. Not just in the drain but all over the tub. And please don’t be stingy to change the curtains. No guest
Like to take shower in a moldy/ dirty shower curtain, particularly when it doesn’t even stay in place and you need to keep adjusting it to keep it in place while it touches your body. Gross! Breakfast is ok. Not lot of healthy choices. No fruits. No laundry.

We arrived around 8:30pm. When we got to our room it was clear that housekeeping had not touched it...there were dirty towels on the floor and all beds had been slept in with no change of sheets. The trash had not been taken out, counter had not been cleaned and there were stains on the carpet. While I waited at the desk to at least get a clean set of sheets and towels, another person was in line because their AC was not working. The desk person told me the maintenance guy left early and housekeeping was MIA. He was essentially trying to do everything. This place has potential but needs the staff to maintain it.

Also know the property is not handicapped accessible. There are multiple stairs and curbs needed to get into each room.

The pull out sofa bed looked like it hadn't been changed from last guest, sheets had spots and crumbs, even candy wrappers! It was late so just took a sheet of the bed to make do, also no blankets or pillows in room for sofa bed, pictures are crumbs, spots and candy wrappers

The room had not been vacuumed, the towels were dirty, hair (not mine) in the bed, and no hot water.
