Pros:

Staff was attentive when I had issues.

Cons:

The AC had issues in 2/3 rooms I was in. The sink plugged up. Not enough towels.

Awful.
Cons:

Lots of Ants inside the room.

Hasn’t been renovated in decades.

People were yelling out side in the “courtyard” (basically the common area right out side all the room doors, like a hallway in a normal hotel) next to our door from 11- 4:300 AM with multiple calls to the front desk

Overall my stay at Sonesta ES Suites was a positive experience.
Pros:

I liked that the property is close proximity to the Burlington waterfront and airport. I also liked that there is a computer/printer available to guests. I needed to print a document when I arrived at the hotel so it came in handy! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

It was a bit disappointing that the hot tub wasn’t working.

Fair but needs heavy update and cleanup
Pros:

Location ans staff were helpful and nice. Suite size was fairly large and open

Cons:

Facilities were old and not maintained. It dint feel clean and did not feel fresh. They need to update altho the facility is real nice, everything was old and felt icky

The room was filthy rundown outdated cigarette burns an absolute dump. The exterior and the entire property was the same thing.
