Cost savings not worth the safety concerns
Pros:

Close to highway and conveniently located. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Safety was a concern. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk for at least 5 minutes. Then we were given a room which ended up still being occupied. When we opened the door, we realized there were people’s belongings all over the room. So we closed the door and went back down to the lobby to tell the front desk person. He did not seem overly concerned whereas we felt this was a safety issue for both the people who were staying in the room as well as us entering an already occupied room. Additionally we had to call to get linens for the pull out couch — being told we should have asked for them when we checked in - how were we supposed to know the room wouldn’t have the linens!? Tub was clogged and no hot water for first 10 minutes. We are not people who usually complain but in this case, we feel it is important for others to be aware Of the lack of safety oversight

front desk staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room was not clean enough to feel comfortable. dead bugs on floor, toilet dirty. Something was hitting the wall behind the bed all night, which made it hard to sleep. It was intermittent, like something getting buffetted by wind perhaps

You get what you pay for. The room was just under $100 per night. I'll pay more next time
Pros:

My second night's room was a better experience then my first night's room. The bed was clean and the room was reasonable. Everything worked so that was a bonus.

Cons:

I arrived at about 1:00 AM for my first night. The sliding glass door was open and the front door was purposely locked open. I didn't have to use my key because the room was 100% open. I was exhausted so I didn't care, I just went to bed. In the morning I figured out why the room was open, the front door lock didn't work. I spoke with the maintenance guy at about 8:00 AM and he promised that I would have an answer to my room concerns. After an hour I packed all of my things and went to the front desk to acquire another room that could actually be opened with the key. The 2nd room was functional and clean, I was glad to be out of the first room which also had no bath towels either.

Pros:

Ease of parking.
I was happy to have a first floor room, as there was no elevator to reach the 2nd floor rooms.

Cons:

The door to the room was difficult to open due to being "stuck".
The lamp at the end of the couch didn't work.
A light in the vanity area of the bathroom was flickering, as if it was about to burn out.
I could not get the wifi to work.

Pros:

Staff gave us a second room, it was great and spacious. Perfect location, close to everything and it was quiet. Also free parking and breakfast included.

Cons:

First room we got was discusting, like if it hasn't been cleaned at all. Expensive fees for a dog for only 2 nights...

Cons:

La cuisine était vraiment sale. Le sol paa balayé, ni lavé. Le sol était collant. Il y avait des restants de nourriture dans le fond de l'évier. Manque d'ustensiles et de vaisselles. Des résidus collants un peu partout. Vraiment trop cher pour la qualité du logement.

Everything was ok . Breakfast was good

Cons:

The room was extremely hot. The Air conditioner didn’t work . I called the front desk they said they were going to send someone the next day at 10 AM and no one showed up.it’s ridiculous that you are paying and to have a good stay and it seem that Omni one care about their guests !
