Breakfast was ok
Bed very uncomfortable. Bathtub/shower old and deteriorating around drain. Outside of buildings need maintenance.
I arrived rather late but the evening staff was very efficient. I was in my room five minutes after arrival
The room was very comfortable but in need of a little update
It was off a major road. They had rooms available. They were willing to move us to another room when our A/C died.
It was shabby.! They have 96 units and I believe it is just too much for this family to maintain. Tall weeds around the main building (lobby, cafe, pool). Strong gas smell outside it from their grill. Dirty/broken whirlpool.
Our units: 3 Lightbulbs burned out around the sink. Shabby cabinets doors. Dirt in the LR furniture. Broken A/C. Bath door difficult to open. Toilet in second unit leaked and seeped under flooring so that it made a squishy sound. Dirty hair dryers. $570 for three nights — way over priced for something that had the quality of a truckers’ motel. Comfortable clean beds though.
Breakfast was great and location was within a few miles of shopping.
Hotel needs some updating. Where the linens were clean enough, the rest of the room was dingy and made me feel like not using the furniture or the kitchen. Dirty towels were left from previous guest in the bathroom.
No TV controller in the room. Went to front desk, they gave me 1 and it didn't work for that TV
Everyone was very nice and helpful. We had a great trip to Vermont.
We did not have bar soap, conditioner, or body wash available to us in our room.

Price was one of the better prices in the area. Huge room!
Door had to be slammed to lock. Had to walk halfway through the room to turn on any lights. I booked two nights. When I came back to my room before my second night, my room had been cleaned, and ALL of my stuff was gone. Had to go to the front desk, and they finally came out with all of my belongings in a big plastic bag. Some kind of miscommunication with cleaning? Not sure, but glad to get my stuff back.

Pool was closed. Room was very dirty, no toilet paper, sink broken, key cards didn’t work, dishes dirty no soap or cleaning clothes, no extra blankets or pillows, pull out was dirty with popcorn and left over candy in it, shower dispensers didn’t work, holes in walls, grimy. Staff spoke broken English, hard to understand. Free Breakfast was out of coffee, poor quality food, bagels were old. Stayed years ago and loved it, it’s gone to disarray.

We had to have them switch the room first room had blood on the bed smelt like mold shower leaking roofs both water stain and in kitchen paneling falling down
The bed was comfortable and we got a good night sleep
The hot tub was colder than an outdoor pool. The room smelled terrible when we checked in we had to go buy a diffuser so that we could stand it. We booked a room with a fireplace which cost more, but you have to pay extra to use it. Booking said premium movie channels and the TV had about 12 local channels only that did not even come in clear. When checking out I asked to speak to someone and was told I can write a review online, but there’s no one available for me to speak to. It took four tries before I finally get a card to be able to call someone about our stay. Still waiting on a callback.
