No pudimos disfrutar mucho del hotel pero la ubicacion muy buena sin perturbar la tranquilidad, por lo menos nuestra habitacion. El desayuno variado tipo buffet. La habitacion muy grande, comoda, limpia y el baño igual. La piscina perfecta para un baño y refrescarse. Repetiria

Cons:

Por poner algo a mejorar es la accesibilidad. La entrada no es intuitiva, se accede desde el lateral a traves de unas escaleras al lado de un parking y la recepcion esta en el ultimo piso por lo que desde fuera no se ve claro. Creo q si tienen acceso en ascensor pero no se donde, diria q entrando al parking... esto para un hotel grande como es deberia de tener una entrada mas visible y accesible

Very convenient on Malioboro Street.
Pros:

Good value for money we had 1-night at the hotel, very good breakfast & nice staff, excellent location on Malioboro street, lots of shops & food places.

Cons:

We had Ant infestation in our room & asked to change rooms as was worried ants would go into the luggage & staff were very good & moved us to another clean room.

Comfy but feel staff maybe untrustworthy

Bed and pillows were comfy. Good breakfast

Cons:

Bathroom too small and no storage for clothing. Was charged for a dirty towel (not stained) they said they have to send to laundry, like wouldn’t you be doing that anyway? I’ve asked for a receipt and picture to be sent and they won’t send. Fridge was not cold and couldn’t fit anything in it.
