The room was clean and staff was always helpful and friendly. I was there for a conference; it's a pleasant venue for a mid-sized conference.
The staff that checked me in was very vibrant, friendly and informative about the facilities of the hotel as well the neighboring activities I could possibly explore. The room was clean and accommodating towards my needs. And it is quite close to the Ronald Reagan Airport. Overall my stay was very great...I'll do it again.
The driver for the shuttle service did a great job. However, the wait time (40mins-1hr) for a shuttle had me a bit ansty and the lack of space to accommodate more guests at a time.

There was a feces stain on my “clean” hand towel and a hair on another
I booked a room for 3 adults. 1 King bed and 1 sofa bed in a suite. The sofa bed did not have any sheets. We noticed this immediately and asked the front desk if they could provide some sheets, a blanket and pillow. They said Ok. This was at 4pm. By 10:00 pm we still had not received the items. We called the front desk again and they said it would be sent right away. By 11pm, still nothing. We went to the front desk and asked again... they said it would be right away. By 12 midnight we were furious as we needed to go to bed.... but still no sheets, no blanket or pillow. We went to the front desk again and the person working was almost laughing about the incident. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN. HOTEL MGMT SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE AND FIND OUT WHO DROPPED THE BALL AND FIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE THAT EMPLOYEE HAS ALREADY COST THEM FUTURE BUSINESS. THANK YOU FOR READING. They dropped the ball initially by not already having these items in place and then failing to address their deficiency after multiple requests for basic items gives me a horrible opinion of this hotel. HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
My friend and I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having a mini-fridge in the room. The hotel has lots of cafes, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. You are also able to access the metro from within the hotel. Parking was $50 a day which I thought was high and we attended an event that was literally a cash bar only with no credit card option for payment. At the dinner event, they also charged $9 for a soda can and something just as high for a regular size bottle of water.
Our flight was canceled and we were forced to stay the night in the city. We had no luggage and the front desk staff was kind enough to provide us with toothbrushes and a few bottles of water for our overnight stay. The room was clean and quiet.
