Overall Good Stay
Pros:

We stayed due to WMATA location for the 250th.
Hotel check in quick, shuttle service was quick from DCA.
Rooms need some updating, especially the bedding.
Pillows absolutely suck! They go flat. Comforter not he same as what some other full service Marriotts use and the bed was too soft and lumpy for my liking.
Thermostat looks like the original from when it was built and did not work on Auto properly, sometimes it would but other times we had o turn off and back on.
Restaurant is excellent. Metro inside access.
A couple of places walkable to eat.
All in all good but the bedding issue was a biggie for me, I didn’t rest well.

Pros:

Staff was super friendly and courteous especially in the dinning area. Hotel room was very clean and quiet. I do think that the coffee served in the dining area should be a courtesy and not $2.50 plus tax

Outstanding stay in spite of the rude staff
Pros:

The property was amazing ! The location, comfort and cleanliness was above expectations.

The staff at the front desk was so
Rude and not empathetic at all
With our situation My flight was cancelled and I chose your hotel because of the outstanding stay I have had there before. It was a struggle To check in and after every question and every answer the person at the counter had nothing but a smart remark or a rude comment. It was very frustrating.

Pros:

I loved the staff member that checked me in. She went above and beyond to accommodate me for our one night. I only wish that we were also allowed to enjoy the free breakfast. It was only free for some. I was not included.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and there was ample space for me to sit. I attended a conference and I felt it was handled well.

Cons:

I really thought it was a rip off to have to pay for the internet. Also had lunch on site and the food really wasn't very good.
