The hotel was a nice size for our intimate conference of ~100 people, with excellent food and rooms.
Pros:

The room location with the sliding door to go outdoors. The meeting room was comfortable and convenient to the rooms and large restrooms to support meeting breaks. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The shuttle to and from the airport was wonderful and appreciated. It would be nice to have a shuttle also go to the downtown area. It cost us $$$ in Uber/Lyft charges every day we went to town.

Cons:

One of the front desk staff members (young black woman) spoke so softly I had to ask her repeatedly to speak louder, which she didn't. I also encountered her when call to the front desk from the room. She has NO personality and should not be in a public-facing position. The handheld of the phone in room 29 does not work, neither does the reading lamp closest to the sliding door. The "business center" located in Starbucks is a joke. A business person needs a quiet location, with chairs at normal height (not standing at a narrow counter). There was no room to put other work-related items. This should absolutely be in a separate room/location in the hotel! It would be nice to have a shuttle also go to the downtown area. It cost us $$$ in Uber/Lyft charges every day we went to town.

Pros:

The trip was amazing with the thanks of the amazing staff Raheem and Shayla. They were so helpful and kind to us. When we had an issue with a room, they immediately took attention. Also the dining experience was also amazing, food was amazing, servers were very nice. My experience was a 10/10!!
