Don't mislead your customers if you actually want them to return.
Pros:

I did not purchase the breakfast, as I thought $22 was a little high for luke warm food.

Cons:

I wish I had been told about the $20 per day parking. You charge$150 per day x 3 days, my bill was $650. That is a lot of fees that are not disclosed, parking, resort, taxes. I do not like being misled.

Pros:

It was conveniently located and the property was very clean. I was concerned that the vinyl floors would be a problem with noise, but it wasn’t and actually helps the room feel that much more clean.

Cons:

When I made the reservation I specifically asked not to be put in a room that was next to anyone who had children and lo and behold that’s exactly who I was put in a room next to. The family next-door was extremely loud and disruptive the whole four days I was there and I’m not even sure if the front desk staff even confronted the family about their noise. I also felt like the bed was quite uncomfortable too hard, and the pillows were too flat.

Bar tender made me go back to the 17th floor for my ID to order a drink after the other bar tender previously served me….I am 50!

Pros:

We love coming here. The Tap House has great food, drinks and awesome staff. Even the shuttle to the airport is always a great experience. The rooms are great and the staff is wonderful across the board. Five star experience every time.

Oasis in the hills
Pros:

The hotel sits on a hill with the most beautiful views. Lobby was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Short waits for the elevators. The vibe and atmosphere were great. Have 2 pools that are well maintained. The hotel is pet friendly.

Cons:

The bed was a little too firm. Wish it was a little softer. The pillows were soft, standard hotel pillows, not very big and flatten out very fast.
