It was disappointing but an ok place to stay.

Convenient location
Pros:

The hotel was convenient as it was close to the airport. This is why we picked it. The staff was not friendly or very helpful when checking in. However, they were with check out the next morning. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well.

Cons:

Do not understand the floating bathroom door. Especially in a room with 2 Queen beds. This did not provide privacy for using the bathroom as there was a pretty large opening to let vapors escape.

Overall good stay.
Pros:

Close to airport and downtown

Cons:

Had to switch rooms due to malfunctioning lock, and was moved 2 floors down. Room did not have a microwave.

The location was beautiful and clean

Cons:

The bed was hard. The shower vent had so much dusty, and the bathroom mirror was very dirty . Customer service was not the best when checking in

9 out o f 10 great, but clear restaurant hours/service needed.
Pros:

I liked the patio and swimming pool both indoor and outdoor. The friendly service/staff.

Cons:

The restaurant hours was a bit confusing. I went to the restaurant for the breakfast buffet, but it was completely empty with the exception of a staff person setting the table. But she didn't say anything to me.

Atendimento pessimo, 2 quartos que fomos direcionados estavam sujos e um estava com preservativo jogado e toalhas molhadas espahados, na segunda habitacao tambem estava com banheiro sujo e toalhas espalhadas, garrafas de bebidas jogadas, o atendente na 3 acomodacao quis conferir pessoalmente achando que estavamos mentindo, nao recomendo pra ninguem este hotel, um verdadeiro lixo.

If you need to stay near the airport, then this hotel is your choice.
Pros:

It was our first time in Nashville. We were there for only one night and didn’t want the night to be too expensive. The location by the airport was convenient for us and the price was very good.

The best hotel in my lifetime.
Pros:

I really liked the cleanliness, beauty of the hotel and excellent attention service from the staff.
I could say that this is probably the best hotel that I’ve stayed at in my lifetime and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

There is not one thing that I could find negative about this hotel.
